Really rude employees, and a dirty store. Last time I went a couple months ago I had a terrible experience in this same exact store but decided to go again and learned my lesson today. Would not recommend

Big kahuna & the other cheesesteaks are always great and made fresh. Cold subs are good too only thing is if you do get it Mike's way be ready for a bit of a punch from the vinegar. Prices are a bit high but reasonable for the quality of the food.

I am thankful to the two young men that were working on April 15, 2025 at closing time I walked in the door just before closing. I needed to get four sandwiches. Them two young men didn’t stress at all. They said no problem, sir we got you. My apologies. I kept you a little late. I really appreciate you hooking me up. Great attitude and great service.

BEFORE: this place used to make meh sandwiches with ultra meh service.

NOW? Absolutely fantastic. Sandwiches are carefully made, orders are accurate (both online and take-out), and the customer service is stellar.

30 minutes for a door dash order. If you are a driver avoid this location.

Jersey Mikes has great sandwiches and service everywhere, but this crew is the best. They're helpful, friendly, personable, efficient.

I don’t know why the employee thought it was okay to put the receipt directly on my sandwich while making it. That’s unsanitary and just plain gross. Receipts aren’t food-safe, and the last thing I want is chemicals touching something I’m about to eat. It’s basic food handling

Kind and fast service, great sub, reasonable price. I got a Chipotle Cheesesteak today and will get it again!

Called five times no one picked up

Good sandwich. Too much of a good sandwich as I ate almost double than I anticipated.
The shop was easy to drive to.

I've been coming to this store for a few years since I moved into the nearby neighborhood and while the food as always met my expectation the kids that work this store are terrible at providing customer service. I recently stopped ordering here after repeated customer service failures.

When ordering online you're guaranteed to get a sandwich with default toppings no matter what you modify.

Last time I came in with my pregnant wife who wanted to have the meat for her turkey sub cooked through and the kid refused to accommodate the request.

This location is run by immature kids and isn't going to be that place that you enjoy interacting with the staff at. I will not be returning
