The bread seems to be getting smaller and smaller, $18 for a sub but they smash the bread.

I spent 50 minutes waiting for my sub last weekend, and gave the employee my name at least 4 times… and when I got home and opened the bag, I found that they still managed to screw up my order as it was missing mayonnaise… sigh… I’ve had a lots of ordering and quality issues with this location and finally decided to leave a review after this latest incident!

Terrible experience. The manager made me pay double for sandwiches she forgot to include in our order. Will never use them again to order our company.

This store is always a consistent mess. I ordered online and received a notification that my order was ready. Went to the store to pick up and the order was not even started. Had to wait 20 additional minutes. Four employees just standing around like they have no clue. I was not the only customer complaining. Ridiculous.

I’m honestly shocked at how poorly this was handled. I placed a large lunch order for our office meeting 30 people and Jersey Mike’s even confirmed the order the day before. I trusted that everything was set.
Our scheduled delivery time came… and went… and after 30 minutes with no food and no update, I called to check in. That’s when they casually told me they “forgot.” No apology with urgency, no solution, no explanation — just forgot.
Because of this mistake, 30 employees went hungry during a planned work meeting. We had nothing to serve, no time to replace it, and no support from the store. It was embarrassing, unprofessional, and completely avoidable.
If you’re considering ordering from this location — especially for a large order — I would strongly suggest either calling again the morning of your event to make sure they actually remember or choosing a different location entirely. This one has proven to be neither reliable nor responsible when it matters.
I’m extremely disappointed, and I won’t be trusting this location with any future catering orders.

UPDATE: What's the point of talking about it further Jersey Mike? I gave you all the info you need. You can take your standard bs reply and shove it. You don't care.
ORIGINAL POST: Be prepared to wait awhile for someone to take your order. They all just hang around behind the counter doing nothing. Or they'll pretend to do something menial.
But they will NOT take your order.
Don't get me wrong, the food is great and the staff is nice WHEN THEY FINALLY ACKNOWLEDGE YOU. It's just getting to that part is frustrating.
And it's not once this has happened. I've came here prob 20 times and it's happened every. single. time.

Aliyah is awesome! We do a lot of orders for our company and she always goes above and beyond to make sure the huge orders are correct and labeled. They are made on time and she is always friendly with each visit which is pretty frequently. Thank you, Aliyah for making my pickup orders a breeze!

This review goes out to Alia. Today is my daughter’s birthday. She is 10. We had a planned an entire day of her favorite things to do and eat. We come to this Jersey Mike’s all the time and have recently utilized the Jersey mikes app. Durring this visit, I asked about the birthday perk and how to use it. The app is under my daughter’s birthday because it is her favorite place. I asked the usual guy we see there (Zach is always helpful, friendly and fast) He asked about the birthday perks to Alia. She began to talk very rude about how to redeem the perk. I told both of them that is is the first time using the birthday perk in the app. The sass talk and customer service was not present with her. I asked for a cup that came with the kids meal to the other gentleman that helped us. She said that the kids meal comes with a bottled water. We have been coming here often enough that we just get a drink. She argued that the kids meal does not come with a drink but water. It does get more uncomfortable as we sit and eat our lunch. My daughter tells me that Alia keeps looking/ watching her. This was meant to be a happy, fun, and eventful day. This kind of behavior should be addressed. It is one thing to be rude to adult but to be awkward to a child. No words.Thanks you to Zach and all the other team member for always being helpful, kind and friendly.

Placed an order at 3:30, said it would be ready by 4:15, arrived at 4:30, and the employees were sitting in chairs with their friends (non employees) on their phones laughing. They didn’t start the order until I arrived and asked for it, even though it had been placed an hour earlier. I guess talking to your friends is more important. (8/14/2025)

Ordered for the first time at this store. One half of the Chicken portbella steak didn’t have much chicken. The other half was fine. Not sure if that’s how it comes.
