Just received delivery of a tuna sandwich on a plain bagel. The bagel was a mistake at this hour (3 pm) since it was made probably prior to opening for breakfast and was dried out and hard by the time I got it. I won’t sub the bread in the future.

Product and service is weak. So it's not busy.Don't ask for any modifications. The answer is no.Oh. You guys pay for the cream cheese. It didn't come with the purchase of a bagel. Gotta rake in the cash!!!! Just like Starbucks. You won't even get what you pay for.

They are not good at planing for their sales and managing their inventory. They always run out of items on the weekend.

The few people they pay enough to work here are very nice.Still in rough shape, despite some updates (carpet maybe). Obviously understaffed (underpaid) and bathroom needs cleaning and STILL smells like a drain is missing a trap.

I asked if there were any deals on my account, they told me about a pick two deal for a dollar off which they said they would apply to it. Then they didn't even do that. I found out that I had a deal for the exact sandwich I ordered for more off that expired within the next day that they never told me about. When I asked about it they said they couldn't help me. They said it was "online only" which I've never had a problem using while I was in store. They also gave it to me in store when I needed it to go. Not great.

In store cash register orders 3. Orders from the table --- They are doing great !!Ambiance -- - needs a good cleaning but over all is kept up. Lots of entitlement going on with people not cleaning up their own mess and expecting the skeleton staff to keep up
