Product and service is weak. So it's not busy.Don't ask for any modifications. The answer is no.Oh. You guys pay for the cream cheese. It didn't come with the purchase of a bagel. Gotta rake in the cash!!!! Just like Starbucks. You won't even get what you pay for.
I asked if there were any deals on my account, they told me about a pick two deal for a dollar off which they said they would apply to it. Then they didn't even do that. I found out that I had a deal for the exact sandwich I ordered for more off that expired within the next day that they never told me about. When I asked about it they said they couldn't help me. Just received delivery of a tuna sandwich on a plain bagel. The bagel was a mistake at this hour (3 pm) since it was made probably prior to opening for breakfast and was dried out and hard by the time I got it. I won’t sub the bread in the future.
