I ordered 2 venti lattes this morning one was good the second one was third of the cup empty which makes me wonder why I pay for venti if I get third of the cup empty

Beware, these guys are super busy in the morning. But there is a reason for it. Think all Starbucks are created equal? Nope, not even close. The consistency of the quality of food and service is was does it for me.

I went in quite late and ordered 2 caramel ribbon crunches. I work food service too so I felt awful going in so late, and ordering that specific drink, but my boyfriend was insisting. Barista was so sweet and nice and so was the manager on duty! Shout out to all of them working there! You guys definitely made my night. Thank you so so much for bring nice even though it was near closing time. This location rocks!!! ❤️❤️ 10/10

Lately this location has had very rude customer service. I use to enjoy coming here on my lunch breaks. Customer service has gone down, not friendly at all.

Extremely rude baristas where ask questions about the reward system she just said “I don’t know maybe” and went on to look over my shoulder to take someone else’s order. This Starbucks location has been placed on my black list. Paying 5 bucks for a simple iced coffee with just a few drops of coffee and full cup of ice? No thank you
Waited 30 minutes for a coffee. Asked for a refund. Apparently mobile orders take priority over in-person customers.
The coffee mocha was just fine .

I wouldn’t even give one star for the experience I had this morning.
I had committed to getting a coffee traveler for my toddler’s daycare teachers, and unfortunately, it turned into a very frustrating experience.
When I placed the order, the staff member seemed quite new and repeatedly had to seek help from others to process it. I was told there were two coffee travelers ahead of mine, which I completely understood and was willing to wait for.
However, after 10 minutes, they began preparing my order, and due to a lack of attention, the coffee spilled everywhere. They discarded that traveler and restarted the process, but very slowly. When I politely asked how much longer it might take, I was met with a rude response: instead of an apology, I was told, “If you want, we can refund you. We are in a hurry, so please don’t disturb us.”
Shockingly, another traveler was spilled again, and they finally completed the third attempt—after a total of 45 minutes. Not once did anyone apologize for the delay or inconvenience. In the end, they simply placed the order on the counter without even informing me, despite me standing there with my toddler for 45 minutes.
I understand mistakes and spills can happen, but rudeness, lack of accountability, and poor customer service are unacceptable. A simple apology and respectful communication would have made a big difference.
Easily the best coffee spot in the area. The beverages are always on point, but what truly sets this place apart is the team. My whole family is treated like old friends every time we stop by. Khushi, Sarah, and Charlie always make time to chat with us—they’re genuinely thoughtful and kind people. I’ve never had anything less than a great visit here. Big thanks!
Service was friendly and quick, but my order was incorrect. The lack of a drive through is also inconvenient.
The best starbucks branch .. they make the best drinks, their service is amazing.
Every time, Staff hides toppings for Oatmeal. Dont even have basic commonsense on how people goanna eat with out toppings
Staff was dismissive and unhelpful, acting as if I was the problem. For the price Starbucks charges, you’d expect better customer service and accuracy. Definitely not worth it—I'll be taking my coffee money elsewhere!
