Went there today, was boarded up and subway sign was missing
ordered online from grubhub. When I arrived, they did not have my order and said I hadn't paid for it. I showed them my emailed grubhub receipt with order # and also showed my credit card transaction, still refused to give me my food. The employee took my phone, made my order based on what was on my emailed grubhub receipt (COVID?) and then her manager called back and said don't give me the food because it isn't paid for. I tried to explain again I had paid for it and grubhub doesn't let you order if it isn't paid for online. Really poor decision making and customer service. I have been here numerous times before, and this location is never really clean.
I came here often, but since you just refused to serve me because "YOU" aren't taking cash.....I WILL NEVER COME BACK!!!?

Place was very clean, it seems like it didn't have heating system though, it was very cold inside. Wrap was good and the girl portions were very generous which is great, she was polite and fast, good combo when you're hungry and in a hurry!!
Sucked
We have been looking for a place that serves a Peking duck that is up to our standards. Wong Kok definitely hit the mark. This is our first time here and we are looking forward to our next visit already.
We have never been disappointed in the food from this restaurant, and it really helps that they deliver -- in fact, we prefer it, as the restaurant itself is quite small.
