I’ve been coming to Before and After a couple of times a year for about 8 years. Every experience leaves me with the warm fuzzies. It boasts THE world’s best spicy masala chai latte (worth the wait, not available during peak weekends) and a delicious variety of weekend and weekday foods. Incredibly patient and kind, the staff provides excellent service. Wish I lived closer, wish they still sold their loose leaf chai. Thank you for existing!
A perfect spot for lunch after hiking Old Rag. We ordered sandwiches with the picnic basket option that came with a drink, chips, pickle and chocolate chip cookie. The turkey BLT was great. My partner liked her chicken salad sandwich even though she had ordered the ham & Swiss. Excellent potato chips and huge cookie top it all off.
A beautiful, lowkey café right by the best hiking trails. Their bakery offers a broad range of freshly made goods, gluten free kept separate! Music taste is chill and totallt fits the small restaurant atmosphere. The staff are kind and extremely helpful, overall a great place to stop by for a quick bite!
