Pretty good pizza, really loved the dough and sauce. Middle of the pizzas were a little soggy, and hubs didn’t like the overdone/burnt crust on his. Overall solid, however, I’d absolutely give it another go. They had some unique flavor combos I wanna try!
After a long hike on Old Rag, we stumbled into Rappahannock Pizza Kitchen expecting just a quick bite — instead, we found one of the best meals we’ve had in a while. Coming from NYC and having tried countless Italian restaurants (many charging $50+ per person), I didn’t expect a small-town pizzeria to completely blow me away.

We did takeout, but it looked like it was really nice and fun in there and it was very very busy. Our takeout pizzas were delicious. We got an 8 inch cheese pizza and an 8 inch veggie pizza and both were outstanding.
