Chipotle Mexican Grill

The staff was friendly enough but the food and the execution of my order had a lot to be desired. the steak for my burrito bowl was dry and ranged in size from tiny pieces to pieces that i had to cut up myself in order to eat. the rice was very dry. the guac was a mix of fresh and some that had obviously been on the line for a long time. the salsas, mild and corn, were good. i confirmed with the manager that my pretty lame costume met the requirements for the $6 burrito halloween special and that i could get a bowl instead of a burrito. this information wasn’t conveyed to the person at the register and i was charged the full price which i didn’t catch until i checked my receipt in my car so i had to go back in and have the manager fix the issue after i assured her that i did indeed wanted the discount to which she informed me that the special didn’t include the guac that i go and she would charge me for that. really, chipotle?!? i also didn’t realize that they forgot to put the extra salsa i requested and so that was just something else that made for a poor experience. the one in south pointe is better but i’m going to checkout qdoba‘s even though they’re not as convenient.

I got food poisoning here so won’t be going back. My mom told me after the fact that she doesn’t go there because they’re not hygienic and I’m like would’ve been nice to know…

Found a hair in my food

Worst Chipotle ever, no customer service, poor quality of food, they close 5 minutes early, when I come always 15 minutes waiting. Team is under performance. Everything comes from the top if Area leader or Regional leader don't do their job GM never will do it neither manager's and team members. Please close this Chipotle is embarrassing. I love Chipotle but no this one for sure and no only me.

Terrible experience unwelcome stares from some staff members, 2 days ago I went with a friend I was first in the line the lady completely ignored me and took the order of person behind me first even my friend asked her why you didn’t take his order first she didn’t even apologized still took his order before me I never got discriminated because of my skin color before and will never return to this location again also food portion was made for 4 years old.

“It’s a 30 minute wait for white rice”
It’s peak dinner time there’s 20 people in line there’s two people one fresh still training trying to work with one other girl. Everyone else is hanging out talking in the back. After that they were practically out of half the containers with no more meat cooking. This is the biggest lack of work ethic I’ve ever seen, would make you ask is there management? No rice no protein? I was told there’s another chipotle down the road I could go to that would have the rice and meat. Just crazy this establishment is being ran this way. In the picture shows the only employee doing their job. Hate to throw people under the bus but this is bad.

I order here all the time on the app and have never gotten a bad bowl or anything missing, most of the comments here are nitpicking and treating this place like a 3 star restaurant. If you like chipotle you will not be disappointed.

The experience was terrible. We waited in the drive thru for LITERALLY 10 minutes. So long that I got out of my car, went inside and told them (no customers inside btw), then went back to my car to wait in the drive thru. Workers did not apologize for their incompetence.

Look. It's Chipotle. You know what you're getting. Except.. these people have somehow run out of rice about 1/4 times I visit. This place in not that popular. I live around here and pick up from here often. I don't get it. Never been to a Chipotle in my entire life that didn't have rice ready and yet this one doesn't like 25% of the time.

I stay 3 mins away from this chipotle and I thought it would be the greatest thing in the world but no it’s not they have so many different rules here and I don’t understand it I asked to buy a side of extra corn and they said they didn’t do that cause they are new store I don’t understand that but okay I buy corn and chips and eat it like a dip I order two bowls and asked for 3 dressing and they said only one pair bowl okay I will pay for the extra they said that wasn’t a option and I also had hair in my bowl and had to take it back they wouldn’t give me my money back only offered to replace it I only ate two spoons out the food when I found the hair so I will be going back to the one beside dmv for now on

I went to this location and attempted to order a quesadilla and was told it was online only. They also said the maker is in the back and it holds up the line. I went to try to order online and was unable to add double protein. I showed them the issue and asked would they be able to make it and ring me up. I was the only person in the restaurant and was told no. Service was horrible. I don’t know if they are lazy or what. I’ve ordered a quesadilla from there before. I will NEVER return there. I do not recommend anyone goes there.

Went into order dinner during the week. Store looked clean but kitchen looked dirty especially the grill was not clean at all.
