The so-called manager likes to hang up on customers after threatening to cancel orders that haven't even been delivered after 2.5 hours! After inquiring as to why it was taking so long, she proceeded to talk over me, tell me how short staffed they are, to include drivers, and told me to find her staff. She refused to give me her name and continued on in the same fashion after I called again. This establishment has gone to a zero over the years and it's no wonder she can't find staff to work under her with her pathetic attitude and lack of management skills.

Awesome! Our delivery was correct. Delivery driver was friendly and on time. And it was hot enough to burn my mouth on the first bite. I am soooo okay with that. Great job Sam's.

Me and my family absolutely love this place it's almost 2 hours from our home but every time we pass by we have to stop by our children absolutely love their Pizza I love the gyro my wife loves their steak and cheese sub and how can you beat buy one get one free pizzas it's an everyday event ?

Always great service and the food has gotten way better over the last year. We order here about once a week and they never disappoint. Yes the delivery times are a little long but my food is always delivered hot like it came right out the oven.

So I just placed an order for XL pizza and they sent Large pizza so I call them and tell them that they delivered Us the wrong size pizza! So the guy gets on the phone yelling at Me because they sent the wrong pizzas then hangs up the phone on Me! Okay I Can Understand That You run a fast food restaurant and get overwhelmed with Your job! But JIMMY If You Can’t Handle Your Job Then You Better Find A NEW One Cause You Lost Our Service We Will NOT Order There AGAIN!!!
