My family has been searching for the best pizza in Fredericksburg. Tonight, we found it! The crust was foldable, had a delicious chewy texture and held the flavor of the brick oven— absolutely wonderful. The cheese was melty and maintained a consistent flavor over the sauce. The sauce was bright and reminiscent of italian herbs and seasoning (not just tomatoes and absolutely not ketchup). We added pepperoni to one of our pies and it was thick and cooked perfectly.
