Really not sure how many stars to give this place. We had pan de bono and split a cazuela de mariscos and both were pretty good. Prices were a little high for a casual restaurant. The issue is that when I was waiting on line, I felt a weird sensation in my hand, looked down and saw an insect that flew directly into my hand, I screamed and shook my hand and it fell out. I am not certain what species it was, but it was not the invasive lantern bug which is ubiquitous. The staff didn't react at all, I dont know if they didn't see it or didn't care.

The food is really good, but it takes a long time for the food to be ready. Also, the tables are always dirty, because they don’t have enough staff working.

Impossible to order anything through the phone. Nobody pays attention to the phone even when the store is empty. Takes minimum 10 calls to get ahold of anyone.

The pandebonos at this place are delicious 🔥 again delicious.
The empanada I ordered seems to be older, O reheated, which is the norm nowadays.
plenty of indoor seating and plenty of parking.
The best Colombian bakery I've tried so far in NOVA

It’s ridiculous to wait over an hour for food. Absolutely unacceptable service. This is the first and last time I’ll ever spend my money at this restaurant.

They always have a badroom out of service. 1 badroom for such a large place is not good.

It was my first time eating here and they didn’t disappoint. The food was delicious. We tried empanadas, pollo empanizado, bistec con arroz y frijoles. Then, pandebono…amazing warmed up! The service was super helpful with great recommendations and very warm, felt just like Colombia. It was also very clean. Will definitely be returning

Excellent Colombian food! Main dishes like Carne Asada plus sides/snacks such as arepas, bunuelos, pan de bonos, and caraminolas are all delicious. This place is always packed, so be prepared to stand in line. It’s worth it! Don’t forget their tropical juices like mora, mango, and maracuya.
Mal servicio, mas de 1 hora de espera para una orden de baleadas cuando el lugar esta vacio de clientes, en mas de una ocasion. Bad service, more than 1 hour wait for an order of baleadas when the place is empty of customers, on more than one occasion.
I ordered my food that never arrived. They made a mistake in the order. When I spoke to the cashier, she was rude and it was a problem to get the money back.

The experience was bad. We ordered 2 dishes that never arrived. The waitresses are rude and useless. It only filled up because it was the only one.
