the old dude is the rudest person to run a business, ever. we all know the ice cream is good, it’s a chain. all the other 1 star reviews are true and it’s all for him, so expect ice cream with a frown :)

This was my childhood Baskin. Always loved coming here as a child and eating cherries jubilee ice cream!

I had the pleasure of coming back here a year ago to visit my childhood hometown. I was thrilled to see this place still up and running nine years later! And they had my cherries jubilee ice cream! As always, amazing service!

Walking in to a baskin robbins thinking im just getting an ice cream and enjoying the rest of my day... Wrong! Got the ice cream but the man was acting very rude and not offering a welcoming experience not even a smile. When at checkout he frowned at us when we said we had free ice cream due to a promotion we recieved. Then after saying it didnt work we hand him cash and his face turned all happy as if he was waiting also even snatching it. This location can learn how to give respect to others and treat others how they would like to be treated

They got rid of daiquiri ice and it’s so bad now everything went down hill I want my daiquiri ice I’m so pissed this is terrible I want to kill myself what terrible person would do such a thing I want to die for

I had just gotten my puppy and I can’t leave her at home keep in mind she is 2 pounds.The man told me to get out immediately.I don’t think this is how to treat customers

I use to work at this Baskin Robbins and I was fairly happy working there for the time being. Customer service was one of the things that I remember was crucially important. The one favorite shake I get when I go to Baskin Robbins, use to be a promotional drink and they still make promotional stuff if you remember how it was made. The shake I get, is an Oreo Shake, with hot fudge on the bottom of the cup, and oreo crumbles in the shake. It's smooth, a little chewy from the oreo crumbles being blended in with the shake, and the hot fudge on the bottom of the drink adds a different temperature and flavor that meshes well with the oreo shake.

Kid-friendliness: Really great place. I see kids and families come to Baskin Robbins almost all the time.

Service with a smile. I called the store having a bad day with a sleeping baby in the car begging for some ice cream. This man happily takes my order and brings it out to me with a smile. It might have been a small gesture to some but it made my day. Thank you so so much. Coming again soon.
