Bertucci's Italian Restaurant

The best restaurant with great hospitality. I really love this place z food is so delicious .I run out of words about z manager (Fre) every time I go there she welcomes us with her beautiful smile . She makes us feel like home . I really highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for delicious food.

Used to go here frequently. This time, food was not as good as before. Caesar salad was mostly end pieces. Service was very slow. I had lasange which tasted rather bland.

Old and run down inside. Waited to be sat over 10 minutes on a Sunday night. Perhaps no hostess and not enough help. Many open tables. Food was average. Three courses and a large portion of Parmesan Chicken led to left overs for the next day.

We’ve been coming to Bertucci’s for years but in the past couple of years it feels like the quality has gone way down. We ordered Mac and cheese for someone in the family, and it looked like this. It is very dry, oily and crumbly and lacks flavor. The other dishes are ok. I wish the quality was like it was back in the early 2000’s.

I had high hopes for this place however, I was let down.The service was horrible there was 2 servers one of which was running around and doing everything! It has been several years since I have been to this location and I must say it has definitely went down no since Of urgent for the customer at all! Big disappointment

This was a popular place once upon a time. Now, it is just overpriced for what you get. There are other Italian options that you can get for 20 to 40 percent less.

Very nice service and laid back place to eat lunch. The problem was the food. They used to have my favorite pizza on Earth but they changed something radically and now it's just meh. My wife did like her Hamburger so I'm not saying everything is bad. If you liked bertucci's brick oven Pizza prepare to be disappointed.

Unexpected combination of good service (our waitress was a real hospitality professional) and overall dirt of the place (all surfaces were sticky, fatty, dirty not cleaned toilets). The food was acceptable (we just had a pizza).

Omg! Chicken wings starter so delicious and main course Chicken Piccata so amazing!! Milan Mule with Amsterdam Vodka chill with basil!

I’ve been coming to this location since it opened and have also witnessed its decline. We were here yesterday 8/10/24 and it has not improved and actually gotten worse. The time before I ate here was about 2 yrs ago and they still have not fixed their obvious issue with the female bathrooms the stench is alarming and the bathrooms are filthy. The restaurant itself does not smell that good. As for the food the pizza is still really good however, unfortunately I order the spinach artichoke dip which arrived hot to touch from the dish but the dip itself was barely lukewarm. The waitress always nice and helpful she got it reheated received it piping hot but the flavor was horrific and tasted old. They need to do a deep clean and maintenance on their sewage problems. I hope it gets better….

The service wasn't all that, the strawberry shortcake wasn't as what I expected... strawberries tasted frozen not fresh and the cake wasn't really a cake. More like bread.. Disappointed...
