We pull up and an employee is sitting outside smoking a cigarette. She stops us as we’re going in and ask are we dining in. We’re like yes. She lets us know she will be in shortly because she is on break. Ok no problem. So we get inside, get seated. The employee that was on break finally comes inside, doesn’t wash her hands, that was the first red flag. She proceeds to grab a cloth and cleaning supplies and starts wiping tables…as if we weren’t waiting to be served. On top of that we were the only patrons in the restaurant smh. Never coming back, this place has become trash.

I have been visiting Bob Evans Restaurants across the Midwest and the South for decades. The menu offered and the food are consistently good. I recommend it if you want a good, hearty, tasty meal; this is the place. The location was clean. Food is served quickly. Host and wait staff were friendly. We have visited twice.

The cashier and waitress that work there are rude. The waitress was giving alot of attitude towards my mother on our special day. I do not appreciate the disrespect we received.
This is one of our favorite places to get dinner from. The staff is friendlier here than any other Bob Evans I've been to. Great for takeout.

ordered their premium dinner to go for our Christmas dinner. turkey was nice and moist, dressing was a big hit. needed more of that! ham didn't look that great but tasted just fine. portions of veggie sides were very good and more than we could eat. only complaint was with the rolls. they had hardened due to air from sitting in a non air tight box and were hard. that was sad. but overall would order it again.

sadly this location does not have its act together… today they blamed the kitchen for delays serving but they could not acknowledge people waiting to be sat or to pay - not just those already sitting/waiting & ordered. it was a very sad experience. the least they need to do is acknowledge people & let them know it will be a minute not so much blaming a specific part of the operation. no one seemed to want to take initiative & move things along…
it is also unfortunately located amongst different strip mall parking lots & highway interchange… this does not help the experience (& not bob evans or staff’s “fault”) but all the more reason for bob evans to pay attention to anyone who has found them & attempted to patronize them in person
