Bonchon - Springfield

Seen alot of Hype around this place, one the few places that is actually worth the hype.
Well seasoned & Crispy as advertised A+.
Con:
A little on the expensive side almost $60 for 2 Sides and 10Wings. But Street Corn was all good.

Food was fresh and delicious, got the plum sangria drink , sampler and Japchae

Servers were very respectful and kind. Would recommend and will come back! 6/1! P.s. Ahamad and Tin were very friendly and helpful

Thai Ton was our server and he made the environment very welcoming. He made sure that we had a good experience and he gave us really good food recommendations when we asked and he did not disappoint!! definitely going to eat here again!!

Absolutely delicious.

It has been a hot minute since I could say I had some good chicken but I can say with complete confidence that THIS is the best chicken I have had.

We drove quite a ways to try this place out, my partner kept telling me how absolutely delicious it is and I just had to see for myself.

The indoors is beautiful and comforting! A wonderful cafe and our server was surprised to see we wanted to sit in but very friendly!

We ordered the soy garlic mixed wings and drumsticks alongside the bulgogi fries with a side of pickled radish.

When I say the fries were a perfect balance of crisp and fluffy inside, I mean it and good LORD the bulgogi as well as the sauce? Immaculate, delectable.
The sauce was a savory, salty, sweet combo that perfectly complimented the fries, green onions and the tender bulgogi.
I stuffed my damn face but I was NOT ready for what was to come.

The CHICKEN oh god the chicken.
Have I ever had chicken so perfectly fried? Hell no.
I bit into it and it was pure bliss.
The crunch was perfection, each crisp bite was like delicate glassy perfection.
The flavor was amazing and the portions were wonderful.
My big back ended up having to take some home.
And the pickled radish was the icing on this wonderous feast.
It was sweet, it was acidic and it was damn refreshing.

All in all a 10/10 for me. Perhaps a bit pricey but it is a price I am willing to pay for pure culinary bliss.
