My wife ordered a prosciutto sandwich/sub and evev confirmed with the guy who took k the order. When I got home they gave her prosciutto peppers. The peppers were soaked in oil and that is all you could taste. Time to find another place.

This used to be our weekly go to pizza place, pies are tasty, but they just raised their prices and DANG! For the price of a 10” personal pizza, I could get a LARGE, stuffed crust loaded pizza from the chain up the street. Super super disappointed. The price of my usual pizza went up over $5 in the past month, I just cannot justify that. $2 for each additional topping on a 10”??? Really? And the last few times the amount of toppings that you get for that price just don’t match up. BUMMED! But I guess from now on, Papa John’s it is.

This is a review of just their pizza. The pizza is no different from Papa John's. In other words, it's an American pizza which means it lacks a unique fusion of flavorable dough and Italian tomato paste. I did not think the ingredients were fresh and for two dollars a topping, they were stingy on the amount they give you. There was too much cheap cheese on the pizza which is a common practice here, but I'm sure that many like it that way, so it's a wash. I'm probably just an outlier. However, the Bozzelli's in Crystal City (Crystal Drive) was different. I had the same pizza (mushroom and chicken) and it was as close as you can get to the old country. I guess franchises do not always have the same quality and experience. I'll be going back to the Crystal location.

They make the greatest sandwiches. Specially the steak and cheese pizzas. Very good. The fries are excellent very easy to get to ample parking and the people are very nice.

12.77 for a 7 inch steak and cheese no French fries no soda or water. No body talks about this but everything get it high price.. that's
I attempted to order through their website and that didn't work, so I called them. The lady that answered told me she couldn't take a delivery order over the phone, so I said Ok I will just from someone else. She called me back to tell me she would take the details and just order online. I was forced to use DoorDash. At this point I went from a $19 order from their site to $24 before DoorDash totaled everything up to be $36. At this point I was like Ok whatever, it took me over an hour to find a place to deliver. I gave her details for the toppings I wanted on my Metro Italian, Lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, vinegrette, and sweet peppers. Lightly salted kettle chips for my chip choice. Not only did I not get the sweet peppers, all the meat tasted like bologna. Got BBQ chips and itbtook over an hour to get. The pictures on the website look nothing like what you get. Never again.

I've ordered from them for years, from work and for 10 plus people. The food is amazing and my last order did not go through on the online delivery service. The staff went out of their way to contact me that the order had gone through, persisted in getting to me and had stellar customer service!
