Good foods
A very big selection of Vietnamese cuisine. More than you average restaurant.
Pho was good with generous portion.
Snails was also hard to come by. Not than bad given that it is hard to come by.
Authentic Vietnamese food with modern vibes.
Had the Banh Xeo (Vietnamese Crepe ) with shrimp and it was excellent.
Shaky beef here is pretty tasty with a little tangy sourness to it. It's cubes of steak sauteed with onions and garlic and served on a bed of watercress and garnished with two slices of tomatoes. It is pretty tasty. It comes with a bowl of rice. This plate is order number 99 which can be eaten family style. The other shaky beef can come with fried rice that is order #43. Order number #101 Is the pan fried noodle with any variations of protein. It is a combination of sauteed vegetables with the protein in a sauce and served on top of the pan fried noodles. This was a very tasty plate as well.
The pan fried crepe with shrimp comes with lettuce wrap and on a very large platter. But once you start eating it it is doable for one person to finish. The taste is good, the lettuce that comes with it is very fresh.
The thin vermicelli with grilled pork skewer also comes served with a lot of lettuce and basil as well as meant for wrapping. This is also delicious.
The rice bistro Brothers combination platter is quite big with quite a variety of protein and a quiche on the plate it is pretty good.
Pho here was just okay. Nothing spectacular. The meat seems a little bit overdone and flavor of the pho was just mediocre. I suggest trying other menu items.
We can't wait to try other menu items as their menu is quite big. This is one of the better Vietnamese restaurants we have been to in Nova. Highly recommend.
The food is so good that it makes me wanna come everyday
Fresh, flavorful, authentic
really good
Delicious pho and quick service
Fresh rolls with shrimp and pork , not so fresh at all. Slimy noddles, old vegetable and pork pieces were old, hard and slimy .
Appetizer Chicken wings had a weird chicken broth taste and for $12 bucks you get 5 wings . The cucumber that comes with the wings was not cold or fresh .
Restaurantji Recommends
Virtually all the diners were Vietnamese or Asian. This is usually a good sign. Food was kind or weird, different than other Vietnamese restaurants we have been to. We all like our food, except for the beef Pho.
Pho broth is not good
A friend highly recommended this Vietnamese restaurant, so we visited it for lunch today. We thoroughly enjoyed the dishes we ordered.
The Pho Brothers Dac Biet was delightful, particularly suited for cooler weather. It featured a generous portion of meat in a rich broth served piping hot. The Banh Hoi Combo Brothers included fishcake on sugarcane, grilled squid, scallops, pork, vermicelli noodles, peanuts, and a refreshing mix of lettuce and greens. The flavors were well-balanced, making for a nutritious and satisfying meal. Additionally, the Shaky Beef with rice and fried egg was delightful. The Vietnamese iced coffee was strong yet not overly sweet, showcasing the quality of the coffee beans, which I appreciated.
The service was satisfactory, and the atmosphere was clean and spacious enough to accommodate many patrons.
We look forward to returning soon to explore more delectable offerings on their menu.
