We had a good experience at Brother Bistro. I ordered the Hu Tieu Nam Vang and my husband got the Com Tam. Both were tasty and satisfying. The server was very friendly and attentive, which we really appreciated. Overall, good food and great service. We’d definitely come back to try more dishes.

Really disappointed. I ordered pho dac viet and only got a couple of tiny meat, with two fractions of meatballs that smelled off. The broth was bland and overly sweet. The tendons were hard and unchewable. Inattentive service. I had to wait until the end of the meal to get a refill of water in my cup. If this is their standard practice, this is unacceptable. I won't be returning. The only good thing is the atmosphere.

Excellent non standard Viet dishes, especially the Bun Mam Kien Giang (fish noodle soup), the snail salad and grilled quail.
I eat Viet at least once a week so happy to add this to my rotation and support a local business!

I was in town for 2 weeks working went there twice for dinner and the meal was excellent both times. The food is so refreshing and light.You can eat so much and not feel like you ate a brick. I would highly recommend to anyone in that area or visiting to stop in. Keep up the great work.
