Horrible Burger King, ordered uber eats and they MESSED UP THE WHOLE ORDER and forgot so much of the food. SMH yall literally barely do anything so i don’t get why you can’t do things right. Pathetic.

At night at this establishment it is hard to place food orders due to the fact that nobody seems want to work I sit in the Drive-Thru for 3 to 5 minutes each time trying to place an order I get tired and I put head to the window and place my order

I tried to order but the Employee couldn't understand English and tried to push the wrong order off on me. I kept saying you're not getting my order correct. After the 4th try I walked out and will NOT BE BACK. If you can't understand me in English in my own country, I Don't need your service anymore.

Workers called cops on me while I ate because I gave an unhoused woman hand warmers. I already don't prefer this franchises food but after this I will drive a little farther down the road for food since I pass other drive thrus on my way home anyways. Bringing FCPD into this situation means I'm not comfortable bringing my kids here.

I order 2 Shroom & 1 Med Fries on Dce. 26/27th . First, let me say it didn’t look anything like the commercials for this sandwich the bun wasn’t toasted the hamburger was Pre cooked & dry . Very, very disappointed.

I used to LOVE my favorite Burger King because of the quality of the meat and the super great grilled flavor... Was so hungry after church... We bought 4 burger being mine (as always because of the delicious flavored meat) the biggest (3 patties)... When I started biting and eating it, I had the worsed experience I had with a burger anywhere. It tasted and felt as if I was chewing on a WET PIECE OF CLOTH! I did not have time to complain since we were riding the Church van...When we found that there was a Burger King near the Church we all got so excited! We will not stop there again after Church... We were so disappointed...

The food was old, the bread and lettuce, the atmosphere was terrible, six homeless and they were arguing with the manager because they didn't want to leave the restaurant, we felt worried and left after 15 minutes, we didn't enjoy eating there at all, they need to do something With the issue of security, one does not feel safe there

This place is so shady. Between the time the drive thru employee tells you to pull up and the time actually you pay, they upcharge you secretly. It's ridiculous and misleading.

I always order food through the Uber Eats App, and I always order the sauces, those sauces are extra and they never put them in, I have to eat super dry, one time I ordered lemonade and they gave me Diet Coke, very bad service.
