Terrible service, they don't pay attention to what you order, the woman at the window has terrible customer service and a terrible way of speaking. They should be more careful about who they hire. This is awful.

Very poorly managed store was dirty employees are rude. They severely messed up my order then refused refund. Manager smiled and said it wasn't his problem. Stay away.

Manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. Went to pick up mobile order that they refused to make and refused to refund me. They stole my money and left my family starving. Times are tough we cant afford to be taking advantage of like this. Stay away this place will either rob you or make you sick.

I ordered the Whopper Combo from the self-service kiosk for lunch today, I was prepared rather quickly, and I soon found myself seated at a table. The Whopper sandwich tasted a little different than what I was used to. It was kind of dry. It had all of the ingredients like lettuce, tomatoes, and ketchup which was good. I could also tell that the burger was char broiled. However it tasted a little dry to me. I still finished it and it is still my favorite burger. I'm just not sure if Burger King changed up their cooking process.

When does burger king stop taking in-store in-person orders? I was getting in line behind a white dude who was ordering his food. Then, when it’s my turn the lady who was taking his orders told me to order from one of their machines by saying “go order over there”. So, burger king now only serves white people?
