Catering Reserved catered my party in July 2025 and it was the BEST Milestone Birthday ever!! Catering Reserved went beyond my expectations and the food was DELICIOUS ?!! The professional and food presentation was very impressive!! If you are looking to enhance your event Catering Reserved is the company for hire. Catering Reserved provided food, linens, and dishes for our wedding. I highly recommend them for any event. They were very detail-oriented, responsive, and open to our ideas to make customizations. The food was delicious! Their menu options were elegant and crowd-pleasing.

Let's chat about the most important part...the food. I would give them 5 stars for their food alone. We all know wedding food is pretty mediocre, but the amount of people who have gone out of their way to talk about the food at my wedding is crazy. Everyone has said it was the best food they've had at any wedding so far!

Other than the food, I would give the whole team a 5 star review as well. I was working primarily with Betsy who was phenomenal. She made sure I had everything thought through which I really really appreciated. The staff who showed up to my event were extremely professional, kind, attentive, and so many more wonderful adjectives.

In terms of cost, Catering Reserved was right in my sweet spot, which was somewhat constricted. So given my budget and the fact that I received amazing service and delicious food, I would book them again and again.

My Food Choices:
Strolling Apps: Fig and Goat cheese flatbread, Crab Cakes, and Tenderloin Crostini

Stationed Apps: Fruit Display, Antipasto Display

Salad: Cesar (Which I loved that the dressing came on the side)

Buffet: Beef Bourguignon, Chicken Piccata (My personal fav), Grilled Salmon, Farmer's Market Risotto, Mashed Potatoes (with loaded toppings on the side), Roasted Veggies, and dinner rolls

Catering Reserved recently catered my wedding in Middleburg, VA. The food and service were truly amazing. We chose a buffet for dinner, and the food was excellent. The salmon was NOT dry, and the beef filet medallions were were prepared in a way that everyone at the wedding could find beef that was cooked the way they wanted it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had the pleasure of working with Dianna at Catering Reserved. From the day we met Dianna and tasted Catering Reserved food, we knew we were going to choose this catering company for our wedding. Dianna was very helpful and informative and was not trying to push us to purchase anything outside of what we wanted for our day. The food and desserts were great and we even chose to have the donut wall, which was a HUGE hit at our wedding. We also had a great time picking out plate settings and linens from the rental company they work with. Overall a really great experience with Catering Reserved and Dianna. Thank you Dianna!

Reserved Catering is top notch!!!They catered my event and my guests could not stop sharing how delicious everything was!I had butlered Hors d’oeuvres, a delicious buffet of beef short ribs, chicken and various accompaniments! The dessert bar was a huge hit as well!I highly recommend them for you event big or small!!!

Catering Reserve has been our GO TO catering company 2 years in a row now. Our company has used them for both Thanksgiving and Christmas luncheons. We tried them once and never looked back! The customer service is the Best I have dealt with in the last 4 years.We are a Car dealership and very busy. Dianna the Event Designer is always extremely helpful, patient and wonderful to work with! She makes sure to give you exactly what you ask for as best she can. The prices are very reasonable as well. Maritza and her event staff, always make sure to do whatever it takes for us to have a smooth and pleasant luncheon.To tell you a little secret. We tried Catering Reserve once, and the employees raved about the food so much, they requested that we continue with this company for all future luncheons! So, we have stuck with them ever since.You cannot go wrong when you choose Catering Reserve!It has been a great experience every time! Catering Reserved did an amazing job for our small October wedding dinner reception! We had a small space to work with and they handled the logistics and set-up with ease. The set-up was elegant, the passed appetizers and plated dinners were delicious! The service was impeccable, no one was wanting for anything the whole time. They cleaned up after and left the place in great shape. We also ordered late night snacks and breakfast casseroles to heat up the following day for brunch. They were all wonderful. And since I did not have a day-of coordinator, it helped that catering team was so organized! Highly recommend!

I am so thankful for finding Catering Reserved for our Employee Christmas Party. Setting up the menu and contract was easy. Katie was very communicative, friendly and helpful. The caterers arrived on time and set up quickly and efficiently. The food smelled divine and was beautifully presented. And there was plenty of it! The beef medallions were a huge hit, folks lined up to take leftovers home, and Katie followed up the day after to ask how everything had been. Catering Reserved now has a place on our contact list for future events!

Catering Reserved recently serviced our Annual Widow and Widower luncheon at our Church. From start to finish the service was excellent. Betsy got everything set up and assisted with menu selection.
