Ordered boneless wings and fries combo. Oh my it was too salty. I throw away all of them.

Walked there for a chicken cheesesteak and gave me steak and I don’t eat beef didn’t see till i got to my tractor trailer smh was hungry drove hours away to make a nearby delivery at Michael’s.. And they won’t answer the phones! This is insane

The food tasted decent, but the prices and service were awful. First off, they didn’t put my sandwich together properly: a third of the toppings were not inside the sandwich and they didn’t even close it. The food looked nothing like any of the photos, and also cost me $18!!! The cheese stick order was $4 for 4 CHEESE STICKS, tell me about a scam if I’ve ever seen one.

Messed up my order didn’t wanna remake it messed it up a second time just left my food there didn’t even grab it poor communication skills

What a disappointment after about ten years of not eating at a Charley’s! The quality and quantity have both deteriorated to a low that I’ve never seen.

Take Out 2 Large Philly Cheese Steaks with onion and mushrooms..Large Portions Size... enough for 6 people ..Juicy Seasoned Beef Fresh Buns .. Did not add toppings Reasonably Priced.... Location inside Food

Just ordered me Philly Chesee Steak, was very excited until I opened my sandwich and everything I ask for is missing on a $16 dollar meal. People need to pay more attention and make it right were is management 🙄, besides that I was told they were out of vinegar than I witnessed someone else getting vinegar, like really.

Small sandwiches. Middling bread that they try to disguise by toasting it. Ingredients that are only slightly less flavorless than the garbage typical of Subway (my tomatoes were at least red, not pale pink).

Ordered delivery from this location. For some reason they have my order going to Oklahoma instead of the address in Virginia that I entered. Tried calling the location and no answer despite calling over half a dozen times. Can't cancel or modify the order unless I can talk to someone at the location, so my money and food is just gone now. Will be filing a dispute for the charge once it finally posts to my bank account.

Really heart breaking to see how much this renovated mall is struggling. Multiple stores includung Macy's had only half their lights on. Very few people shopping on a Saturday. Seems like the movie theater and food court are what is keeping this bankrupt Mall going. A lot of idependently owned stores with some clothing and other merchandise and a few chain retailers.

They are laying with prices.

Great steak sandwich at Charley’s in Springfield, VA mall.Combo (with fries) is plenty of food, great value.
