Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ordered at 2PM.
I ordered a chicken burrito bowl and got bean soup with a hint of chicken meat. The photos speak for themselves. I tried to drain what I could that wasn’t absorbed yet.

Today at 1:24 pm I went with my niece and they gave me terrible service. The person who served me was very arrogant. It irritated me so much that I regretted having gone to eat Chipotle and only because my niece took a while to tell her that He wanted accompaniment with his quesadilla. If people don't have patience, they shouldn't work in those places.

Why in this location the food always taste like food from the day before? Rice tasted like arroz con leche and meat didn’t taste the best.

I was choking on something for about a 30 second until it finally came out and I realized it was plastic. I am disappointed the employees don’t care to feed customers with safe food. This shows how unprofessional they really are.

around 12:45 pm i went to this chipotle and gosh these workers are rude, as i’m saying what i want they are speaking over me like you just asked me what i want and im saying it why do you have to keep going over me i know how this works i have been getting chipotle for years so i understand the process of ordering a bowl but that was just not acceptable one of the workers name was Ashli i believe and she wasn’t even listening to me as i’m telling her what i want next since she asked she doesn’t even put the stuff im saying and just puts the lid.. (yes she did hear what i was asking for but decided to just do what she wanted i guess) we asked her if she put sour cream she literally said “bro i dont know” and i was so surprised like why are you gonna keep making my bowl if you aren’t gonna put the stuff i’m asking for like at this point your just making your own bowl i guess.

I waited 5 minutes until a line worker came in and helped me. All of the employees were all just staring at me waiting for someone to take my order. Like what? Go do ur job. That’s why ur getting paid. Also, the workers aren’t friendly and hate their jobs, I’m sorry that u hate ur job but don’t take it out on kind customers who didn’t do anything to you. Additionally, I used to love chipotle and would be so excited to eat it. Now I get grossed out because the chicken is so chewy now! Did anyone else notice that? The quality dropped.

im actually sick my bowl was around 20 dollars because i asked for extra steak and queso .. tell me why most of my bowl was chicken was NO queso i did a pick up order and really regretted it once i got my food i was sick to my stomach the staff did me so dirty they don't care about what you order they do it the way they want to do it Yall suck

Ordered a bowl with 1/2 and 1/2 meat. The lady that was serving didn't heard me the first time, so she gave me a full serving. I said I want 1/2 and 1/2. The lady started scooping the meat from my bowl back to serving line, which is NOT safe and against food regulation. She continued to put the meat back until another customer started saying that she can't do that again. Please train your employees about food safety.

I haven't had a bad experience yet. The quality of ingredients and ease of service is one reason I stop by for lunch occasionally.

One of the worst restaurants. Poor service and charged extra price. My daughter ask for refund and Manager refused . I got it back after showing veggie bowl comes with guacamole. Please be careful with order.

Order ahead through the app and get your food last. Didn’t bother making the food and waited to start on my order after the line was gone. I understand being busy but having your order made half an hour after being placed is crazy.
