Chipotle Mexican Grill

My recent visit to this Chipotle was one of the worst I’ve ever had. My boyfriend and I were the only customers in the entire store, yet the staff member preparing our food still acted like we were an inconvenience. She seemed more focused on rushing back to the lobby to hang out and eat with her friends than actually doing her job.

She rushed through making our food without any care, didn’t give me a chance to ask for sour cream on the side, and just slapped it onto my bowl. My boyfriend’s burrito was so poorly wrapped we had to scrape it into a bowl at home just so he could eat it. When I asked for the receipt, she slammed it into the bag with an attitude.

This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable — especially when the store is completely empty and there’s no excuse to treat customers this way. We won’t be returning to this location.

Disappointed in their unwillingness to honor the prices on their menu. Allegedly, their prices changed 2 days ago, but their menu still showed the “old” prices. Not a good business model, and a little bit suspect that they would not honor the price displayed.

I usually enjoy coming to this Chipotle out of convenience, but my recent experience was disappointing due to one particular employee. While the rest of the staff were friendly, helpful, and doing their best to provide good service, one woman stood out for all the wrong reasons. She was incredibly rude from the moment I approached the counter. I normally order lettuce with my meal and this somehow agitates this woman beyond belief, rushed responses, and an overall hostile attitude for no apparent reason.

What made the situation even more uncomfortable was that I wasn’t the only one who noticed, other staff members clearly seemed frustrated with her unprofessional behavior as well. One even apologized on her behalf, which I appreciated. It’s unfortunate when one person’s negativity casts a shadow over an otherwise solid team.

Hopefully management takes note, because the rest of the crew deserves better and so do the customers.

Your new employee sucks at wrapping burritos, the dude really keeps slapping the burrito wrap like it was some peaches on the counter, please please keep him training with serious note.

Team member Tiffany has no customer service experience, Chipotle please train your employees better. The customer that received the worst customer service was threatened to have her food thrown at her.

DONT EAT HERE. Shittiest chipotle I’ve ever been to. There’s 2 other chipotles within a mile, go to them. This place has shitty service, gives you half portions of rice and meat but double portions of stuff like corn salsa and sour cream. So many bad experiences, this was my last.

Ordered at 2PM.
I ordered a chicken burrito bowl and got bean soup with a hint of chicken meat. The photos speak for themselves. I tried to drain what I could that wasn’t absorbed yet.

Today at 1:24 pm I went with my niece and they gave me terrible service. The person who served me was very arrogant. It irritated me so much that I regretted having gone to eat Chipotle and only because my niece took a while to tell her that He wanted accompaniment with his quesadilla. If people don't have patience, they shouldn't work in those places.

Why in this location the food always taste like food from the day before? Rice tasted like arroz con leche and meat didn’t taste the best.

I was choking on something for about a 30 second until it finally came out and I realized it was plastic. I am disappointed the employees don’t care to feed customers with safe food. This shows how unprofessional they really are.

around 12:45 pm i went to this chipotle and gosh these workers are rude, as i’m saying what i want they are speaking over me like you just asked me what i want and im saying it why do you have to keep going over me i know how this works i have been getting chipotle for years so i understand the process of ordering a bowl but that was just not acceptable one of the workers name was Ashli i believe and she wasn’t even listening to me as i’m telling her what i want next since she asked she doesn’t even put the stuff im saying and just puts the lid.. (yes she did hear what i was asking for but decided to just do what she wanted i guess) we asked her if she put sour cream she literally said “bro i dont know” and i was so surprised like why are you gonna keep making my bowl if you aren’t gonna put the stuff i’m asking for like at this point your just making your own bowl i guess.

I waited 5 minutes until a line worker came in and helped me. All of the employees were all just staring at me waiting for someone to take my order. Like what? Go do ur job. That’s why ur getting paid. Also, the workers aren’t friendly and hate their jobs, I’m sorry that u hate ur job but don’t take it out on kind customers who didn’t do anything to you. Additionally, I used to love chipotle and would be so excited to eat it. Now I get grossed out because the chicken is so chewy now! Did anyone else notice that? The quality dropped.
