One of the worst restaurants. Poor service and charged extra price. My daughter ask for refund and Manager refused . I got it back after showing veggie bowl comes with guacamole. Please be careful with order.

Order ahead through the app and get your food last. Didn’t bother making the food and waited to start on my order after the line was gone. I understand being busy but having your order made half an hour after being placed is crazy.

Last minute takeout before hitting 95 south, after a disastrous day. Food was plenty, good, and fast. ❤️❤️❤️ All we wanted! (Sorry, we did not take in the atmosphere!)

The customer service here was terrible. We went to the counter while two employees, one that looked like a female DJ Khaled stirred the ranch with a spoon while another employee that looked like ET stood at the cash register. They said they couldn't help us and we had to wait for an employee with a man bun and mask to go to the back for 10 minutes and return with tortillas, which there were already plenty sitting there. About 5 customers came and went behind us and then as soon as we finished ordering at 6:55pm, they closed early and turned away at least 5 more employees. The food didn't taste good, definitely not worth the money. All the other restaurants next to it had employees still hustling, helping customers and selling food. Go anywhere but Chipotle in the mall.

Ordered an Al Pastor Bowl, and a drink and a bag of chips, I was able to get my food, but they forgot to give me the chips that I paid for. But even still, I love it.

The service was too slow. I waited for 40 minutes for 3 bowls. And they didn't make the right order. They messed up my order. So eventually, we had to throw it out.

To the Chipotle executive team - this is the worst Chipotle ever. My 8 year got food poisoning from the sour cream at this location before so we avoided it. Ate there again yesterday. Staff was surly. Unhappy unclean teens. Food was mediocre didn’t even taste like a Chipotle. Don’t be fooled by the long line here.
