Worst customer service walked in no one helped me to get my order no one assisted. Walked in at 9pm they close at 11 and they were cleaning up putting the stuff away need management to get better on there employees

This place is terrible. We usually go here because it's close to our home, but we always have a bad experience. Today was the last time. My wife ordered the spicy adobo chicken, and I ordered the chipotle honey chicken. They both came from the same serving container, which was the chipotle honey chicken. This was way too sweet and sugary. The lady didn't understand English well and had difficulty with making the order. The tables are always dirty along with the counter top on the serving line. My wife's meal was so terrible that it went in the garbage at home. We will never return here again.

Very disappointed with the portion of meat and rice. My friend ordered the 3 bowl and meat and rice portions is very disappointing. Guys this is not good. Feels like I’m ordering veggies only.

Great place that always offer great service and food. Never had to wait very long in line for our meals. Been going here for many years and this has always been our favorite Chipotle location. The portions have always been fair, food fresh and hot with friendly, patient service. We try to drop by a least once a week, if not every few weeks. No other Chipotle compares to this one.

What's the point of having an AI on the phone when I need to talk to somebody?
There's no option to talk to someone. I can't customize the order online as I need. It's a horrible UI. It can't understand that I need to talk to somebody and doesn't listen when I said I needed an order changed.
This is laziness at its finest!

today Nidia did me RIGHTT OMG she gave me the perfect amount of meats and veggies. thank you so much, as a high school student who works two jobs this makes me so happy getting the meal i deserve for once. she was very respectful and patient with me as well, i definitely recommend going to this chipotle.

Horrible location. They make so much money from the local neighborhood but good luck getting service after 10pm! By 10pm everything is out of stock when they close at 11! They are out the door at 11 they are not closed at 11! Bad look for the neighborhood!
