This is one of the worst chipotles in the area. It’s decent during lunch time but the night time crew is terrible.
Multiple times I’ve been here and there’s a line waiting for more rice or some proteins to be made. It seems the lady who I think is the manager is the only person serving the entire line and she’s always calling for someone to do something. (Feel bad for her)

This location was the worst EVER and I know what bad is I have never EVER been to a chipotle like this I had gotten a bowl and in EVERY SINGLE BIGHT THERE WAS HAIR I went to go complain and the manager and employee were laughing like what this is one of the worst location ever 1000/10 would not recommend it his location is so lucky I didn’t contact HR oh my lord AND THEY STILL HAD THE AUDACITY to ask me if I wanted to ask me to get another bowl from the same thing that had hair in it I would never ever go here the employees here are so damn rude I would go the extra time and go to the one in Springfield plaza and I know yall r wondering why I’m writing this but this is because I NEVER would want this to happen to anyone unbelievable

I had concerns after reading all the negative reviews, but this was one of the best Chipotles I have visited. The portion size for the burrito bowl was a great deal for the price. I used to think Chipotle was expensive, but thanks to the high prices everywhere, it actually seemed affordable at $13 for a chicken bowl and chips.
Staff was courteous, and I saw no signs of unsanitary conditions or food safety concerns that others have commented on. I'm glad I took the reviews with a grain of salt and tried out this location.

Always out of stuff, the guacamole has always gone bad, watery sour cream, burnt meat. Everyone knows to just not go here. I havent been in 2 years, gotta drive 10 extra mins each way to the better one in kingstowne.

I can't even lie , this is one of the worst chipotles I been to. The few encounters , i have came In. Not only are they giving the tinniest amount of what u ask for , but the customer service is terrible. The young lady that is always at the register has the worst attitude , snatches your money , rolls her eyes , smacks her gums , slams registers. All I did was walk up to the register and she was immediately rude. I literally thought to myself “ am I tripping” after ignoring her snatch my money , take her gentle time (purposefully) and slam my money on counter. I literally had to ask her if she was ok. The chips are always stale , vegetables never fresh. And when I say "few encounters" is because the first 2 visits , I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I thought maybe I came in at the wrong times. But no , that's the establishment natural tendency. It’s so sad how someone can just naturally be rude and spiteful to u , without knowing u. Someone need to contact cooperate about the staff.

Terrible customer service except for one person was alright service. Food was pretty decent except they were out of a lot of things and the chicken was burnt. I wouldn’t come to this location because the rude workers who don’t care to have me as a customer. Food was pretty good though. Also they are not fast to take your order and 0 people in line. Sad how people don’t want to work and take it out on you..

I don’t usually get Chipotle but when I do, I come to this one because is 5 min from my house. Sometime this year they raised prices which is understandable but they also cut down the burrito portion to 1/3. While they were preparing my burritos, I asked them joking if they were making me a burrito or a taco because it looked so little compared to all the times before. I basically paid $24 for 2 tacos. I’m very disappointed, I feel robbed. If you order a burrito bawl, you get 1/2 of what it should be so I guess go for the bowl if you hungry. Also, cashier lady looked at me with hate after I made the taco comment, so there is that too.
