My experience at chipotle was amazing the service was outstanding. And this kind, amazing and sweet young lady named Angely explained to us that the system went out and recommended us to go to another chipotle she was very respectful and calm during the whole situation.

The restaurant was filthy, the toilets were dirty, there was trash on the floor, and a staff member was singing loudly in the kitchen! They seemed to have mixed old rice with freshly cooked rice; it was rock hard. The staff's attitude towards the customers was indifferent; everything was terrible, unfortunately!!! I would recommend looking for another place; you won't be wasting your money.

Came in this morning at 11:00am 1/16 was only person in line 3 employees in eye sight, 2 on break eating another getting dining room ready. I stood in “line”. Employee dining room prepping washed hands and came to help me after a few mins waiting. Then proceeded to rush me through the line literally slopping the bowl together and asking me “is that it?” After every topping. Really made for a horrible experience. Then after I paid I car to my car to eat and even though they just opened my rice was crunchy. Can’t tell if it’s undercooked or old. So not only did I have a bad customer service experience but my food is also inedible.

I've been a customer at this location for years, but this time a lady next to cashier provided very poor service, trying to charge for everything, and the portions were smaller than normal
This is the closest Chipotle to job. I literally just left here I’m writing this in my car. THEY PUT THE SMALLEST AMOUNT OF MEAT HERE. I have to always ask for extra because they put like half of a spoon full. I asked for extra TWICE!!!!! No other chipotle does this. Did the manager ask the employees for this?

Customer service from Tony & Jessica was rude. Jessica was unhappy while serving & putting my food together, she was not listening to my order and looked upset, ended up putting beans on my order. I asked Toni what was the code of the bathroom, Toni said no code. But Alex was kind to tell me the code while eating, my husband & daughter wanted to use the bathroom & asked Tony again the code he said the bathroom was closed at 10:37PM, there was no way bathroom will close while customers are eating in. But Alex has a great customer service & able to assist kindly.

every time I make an online order they forget one important thing! The STEAK! This is the third time it’s happened. And the best part is that the chipotle app only offers 1 free entree as if I want to step back in that place again after this mishap. The sticker on top where it lists the ingredients puts the steak in the last of the first line. Does that make the steak not part of the freakin order? Can’t they read?
It’s hard finding a Chipotle where the employees don’t make me feel uncomfortable. They never have a smile, it’s almost like they want to beat me up just for walking in.
I ordered my bowl and chips a few mins after 10. I also work late and get off at 10 sometimes 1am. I’m grateful for Chipotles late hours. After I paid the guy walks off without giving me my chips I check my receipt surely I ordered chips because my order totaled almost $18. I waited for him to come back then finally bothered the woman cleaning around the condiments if she could please hand me the chips I ordered. She gave me this annoyed glare and handed me the chips.
Dang sorry for coming to support the business that you’re employed at. I won’t be returning to another Chipotle these hostile interactions greatly impact my mental health.

I came for a kids meal and tell me why the quesadilla cheese wasn't fully melted. It was a block of cheese in the tortilla and the presentation for the food was awful. I also asked one of the employees a question and she gave me a side eye... It was a simple question about an add on the side.Chips are stale and the food is okay ish, but still they need to improve with their customer service.

Worst place to get chipotle. Why is it every time I go to chipotle I feel cheated? Maybe it’s because of the known skimp portions. They do it well here. Especially late night its a bit unprofessional with the staff handling your bowl. Don’t come here.

I asked to use the restroom. While I was inside, the store manager, Darlyn Quintanilla, began knocking repeatedly on the door even after I made it clear that the restroom was occupied. To my shock, she then opened the door while I was using the toilet.
This behavior is an outrageous violation of my privacy, completely inappropriate, and deeply unprofessional. No customer should ever have to experience something like this at a restaurant. If a child or another vulnerable person had been in the restroom, the situation would have been even more unacceptable.
After the incident, staff members attempted to cover for the manager instead of addressing the misconduct. This only made the experience worse and reinforced that my concerns were not taken seriously.
I consider what happened to be predatory behavior, an invasion of privacy, and potentially a form of harassment. I am demanding that Chipotle investigate this incident immediately, take corrective action against the manager responsible, and ensure that no other customer is subjected to this type of treatment.
This was by far the worst customer experience I have ever had, and I believe the public deserves to be aware of this manager’s behavior.
