The workers are slow and speaks spanish all the time. Sometimes no one is at the window serving.

Update: visited one more time to see if anything has changed. No change made. The worker sound so frustrated and has a slight attitude as well. They need new employees…

For a bowl of steak with guac that cost nearly $16. This location is stingy and cheap with the portions they put on your bowl

I haven’t been to a Chipotle in years. Why is a burrito with a tiny bit of beef and chicken and a ton of rice and cheese $16? How does this actually make sense? If the quality was better it would make a little more sense but the quality is trash. How does people like this? I now remember why I stopped going to Chipotle. Thank you.

Appalling service. I visited intending to order food, but the staff completely disregarded me. I would not recommend this place under any circumstances.

genuinely one of the worst chipotles i’ve been to. i’ve never been to a chipotle where they charge for more than 2 scoops of corn🤣.

i’m never one to complain about portion sizes because i cant even finish a bowl, but the portions here are INSANE. the bowl doesnt even make me feel halfway full.

im sure its the manager or owner telling them how much to put in a bowl and its RIDICULOUS. why am i getting charged extra for sour cream on the side?

on top of that, the service is horrible. everyone there seems like they hate their jobs.

portion is extremely less than any chipotle location.this is double portion extra meat is almost less than regular meat portion any other chipotle.when i asked plain rice two people said same time they dont have it.and when i asked i am sure you should have it.and they checked 1 minute later they said they have it.i domt recommend at all.worse chipotle location i have ever met.specially the lady manager is extremely rude to all customers

I recently visited this chipotle, as soon as I walked up to the worker to start my order, i told him to put white rice and he did although afterwards when I asked him to add beans to my bowl he put 1/3 a spoonful of beans and moved on, due to this I asked him to give me a side of beans because he put a significantly tiny amount of it, however he ignored me and ask if I wanted chicken(even though he clearly heard me) I said yes to the chicken option then he passed the bowl to another lady across the counter. I asked her for a side of beans because the other worker ignored my request, she then asked him to give her a cup of beans so then I started going on with my order UNTIL I look at the countertop and see the side of beans splattered across it, I then realized he yeeted my side of beans across the counter, I turn to look at him and see he has a slight smirk on his face. once I got to the checkout I looked at the price I was about to pay then recognized it was higher than normal, I asked for a receipt of my order and as I was walking out of the building i saw on my receipt. $1.60 sides. THEY CHARGED ME FOR SIDES??(at my local chipotle they never charge me for sides) I couldn’t believed they charged me for around 10 beans in a cup. Later, once I got home I started researching about Chipotle’s “side” polices I figured out that they only charge if you get 3 sides or more and special toppings like guac and queso (which is reasonable) this meant that the cashier clicked on the 3+ sides or guac/queso option to charge me extra for them to make more money. Overall, they had horrible customer service, abhorrent food and had a stingy and greedy behavior. Totally would NOT recommend, if there’s other food places you would like to go in the area, don’t come here.

Best chipotle I’ve been to, amazing taste, really good service too!

Extremely disappointing experience at this location. The staff are consistently rude, unwelcoming, and carry a visibly negative attitude. Compared to other Chipotle branches, they serve noticeably smaller portions of meat and chicken, almost as if they’re doing you a favor. I don’t know if this review will be taken seriously, but if you have any other options, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This place does not reflect the quality or service standards that customers expect from Chipotle.

Soda machines were not filled only carbonated water and no urgency to change it. It was pretty filthy in there.

First, there was a dog barking in the restaurant--since when did this become an acceptable societal norm? Second, if you ask for a little rice, they'll spoon three giant heaps into your bowl so as to distract you from the fact they don't give you much meat anymore. Third, no one working the line listens to you or shows any pride in their work. Sad.

I went to this Chipotle on March 8 around dinner time because my online order always comes up short—a half-full bowl missing most ingredients. Deciding to try in person this time, I was equally disappointed. The workers gave me just half a scoop of everything, which is completely unacceptable. I've never experienced such skimping at any other Chipotle location, and the management here really needs to step up their game.

I’m in the middle of telling my order and this lady just jumps in and puts cheese and guac on my bowl and I didn’t even ask for it and of course i got charged for the guac 😂 The cashier can’t do simple math and had to pull out the calculator app 😭🐶💔
