The Manager that currently works there is very unprofessional! Her staff on the food line was understaffed and the line was almost to the door moving extremely slow because she chooses to barely help her staff and not take care of the line but chooses to stock up on napkins instead of vegetables and sour cream that’s needed for her customers.. this is not the first time noticing how unprofessional she is. I am a regular and love chipotle but the manager is the problem at this location. Do better!

This the worse customer service there is, the tall fat Spanish woman is the worse, is obvious that she doesn’t enjoy her job! She barely give you food, every time I had been there I hated it I don’t know if the owner care about customers service, I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN, UNLESS IS A DIFFERENT PERSON. LADY GET A LIFE IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Overcharging (e.g. nickel-and-dime your customer while lying to his face):In 1993 (when Chipotle started), I was in high school; I’ve been eating Chipotle my entire adult life.Early on, I resisted the burrito-bowl concept, bc it gave me all the fillings of a burrito—without me also getting the tortilla.  I explained how illogical it was, and soon thereafter, chipotle offered (on request) the tortilla as a part of the bowl-purchase.It was smart move.  In fact, the bowl is listed as the same price as the burrito, so tortillas being available to both items makes common sense.Yet today, when I asked for the tortilla on the side with my bowl, this store in Springfield, VA tried to up-charge for the tortilla, while claiming “it’s always been that way.”  That’s a straight-up lie.  Today was different than usual.Why would I as a consumer choose to be a patron, a paying customer, who financially supports this behavior?I told chipotle today to keep their tortilla, and I bought only the bowl.  This experience has alienated me as a consumer.

I arrive at CVS next door to Chipotle in Springfield VA before they open on numerous days of the month. My concern is that Chipotle is JUST cleaning the grill from the night before, just before they open at 1030am. The smell and smoke is disgusting. What about bacteria that has been sitting on the grill from the night before? It's obvious of the odor, " It's foul". Now I totally understand why I have gotten sick there before !!! I have visited other Chipotle's. Watching them start the morning opening. Springfield, this is so sad and total laziness !!!

I am editing this review due to excellent customer service from corporate. I emailed the main office to tell them my problem and within an hour they had refunded me my money and returned my rewards’ coupon. I am very grateful for their assistance. (I attempted to place an order at 07:00 for 11:00 pickup. The location changed from the one across from me to one across town without me realizing it. Even though the restaurant does not open for 4 hours, there is no way to cancel or change the location. As I cannot drive across town I am now just put the money. It is ridiculous that an order placed 4 hours before the restaurant opens cannot be changed or cancelled.)

The woman doing the veggies is completely horrible. Facial expression clearly shows she doesn't want to be there, why allow her to? There was a good amount of people working. Horrible portions, I say little sauce and sour cream and she piles it up. When I say more corn (bc it was so little) rolls her eyes, GTFO. The next time I will ask for someone else if she acts like this again.Question to management, when getting kids meal and 1 of the 2 sides is guacamole why is the charge the same? Why not just a simple upcharge? I literally could've gotten any other side and ordered guacamole separately and still would've paid the same. Just doesn't make sense, at the very least let the customers know...

Absolute garbage quality. How do you mess up freaking tacos!? You literally just put the ingredients in the tortilla. But some bizarre reason everytime I order lunch from here its an absolute mess! The tacos are basically not even constructed, the chicken is ALWAYS burnt AND cold, they never even portion anything. It's like their preparing a slop pile for a farm animal. How is it even possible to mess up this consistently!

Very poor customer service. I got a burrito they gave me very little rice and barbacoa, very little. I asked if he could put some more.. They did the same with the chicken burrito I ordered. They then charged me for extra meat when I clearly only received a normal amount even after asking for more. The staff was not accommodating in the least
