Always a Delicious and fun stop at the mall. However, this visit with my grandchildren was not the best. My mini cinnamon rolls were hard on the bottom. One of my grandchildren dropped their drink the moment after it was handed to them(The top was not correctly) I picked up the cup and top off the ground and asked for a new drink. I was told I had to pay for it… After short discussion, employee agreed to give us the drink. I have seen this location go down and its quality

This was the worst Cinnabon I ever visited.the buns barely had any frosting. Looked like the frosting completely melted off the top. I asked if he could put more on the buns and he said I had to pay extra. While I was trying to make a decision on if I was going to get a box, the worker said very rudely “are you buying something or not” they have POOR customer service to add to this.

Been coming here for nearly 3 years. I love Cinnabon and this is my favorite locating, customer service is the best everyone is friendly that’s why I keep coming again and again thank to the Cinnabon team keep up the good work
Very mid. I ordered through Uber Eats and paid extra for the extra side of icing. I received a barely frosted bun and NO ICING!!! Cinnabons receipt even has it listed on there…so how tf is there NO QUALITY CONTROL (aka check the order against the receipt, duh).

The buns were lackluster and barely frosted. After buying 3 buns and bottled water went and asked for a cup of water and was told they don’t give cups of water. The worst Cinnabon we’ve visited.

I purchased a cinnabon. I asked for a courtesy cup of water to wash it down and they actually said the best we can do is allow you to purchase a bottle of water. I used to give you a courtesy cup of water. They had a soda machine just waiting to dispense some water. But they were too cheap to provide me a courtesy cup of water. So I will next time just go to Auntie M's Pretzels. This store has gotten brand new and they are miserly. So I will never ever use this place to satisfy my sweet tooth again.
