I ordered a six pack of cinnamon buns from here to be delivered as a surprise. The Door Dash person walked up with one little cinnamon bun in a bag. I called the store and she said something I didn't understand, then offered to let me come pick up the six pack or get a refund. I opted for the refund, which hasn't happened. But I also paid for delivery, which I never would have done had it not been a special occasion, and had it been more than one item. Why do they even offer delivery? What a horrible thing to do!

I order from here at least twice a week. My son went to order at 745. They told him they don't take cash...by the time hecane and got my card and went back it was about 752pm. They said they have now closed their register. I approached the manager and she shrugged me off...offering no explanation. I know it was because they wanted to leave but if you close at 8pm,then orders should be taken up until that time. But to give him the run around because you wanted to leave. The food court and the mall were still somewhat busy. The guy cleaning up thought it was funny. It's ok there are other places to go that value customers and their time..as well as service.

Amazing Cinnabon's! I enjoy going to the Springfield Mall location as they tend to have specials and discounts! I'd 100% recommend this location for the quality. However the service could definitely use some work. Each and every time I've gone to this location the staff have not been friendly, nor helpful, the energy and the vibe that's given is one in which you're made to feel as if you're bothering them! I hope management sees this, some retraining may be in order!.

Opens at 10:30am, not 10am as advertised on Google. Wasted my time walking through the mall and waiting a few minutes before opening just to get a Cinnabon, and then not being able to get it because I wasn't going to wait another half hour.

Rude lady with bad attitude refused to give me the fresh ones when I asked about the one they had it as display she told me since in the morning. It was 9.30 pm. With my own money, I buy whatever I want to eat. Disappointed

Hmm I love Cinnabon but for some reason it doesn't taste the same like how it use to as went I was a teen. I got the Cinnabon with cookie in the middle. it was still good but the Cinnabon it self way kind of dry . The girl on the register was nice.

Incorrect hours posted. Showed up on November 10th at 8:50pm. The store should be open till 9:30pm but it is closed.
I drove 25 minutes out of my way because it said they opened at 10am but they do not.

Fork for height reference. Ordered these through doordash and they were flatter than anything - half inch max. This dough was very clearly not given time to rise and the texture was awful. Huge disappointment given that we paid $30+ tip for the dasher.

I work in the mall and I figured I'd get some coffee. She said "oh noo we're not serving coffee". When i literally saw a customer walk away with a chilled coffee drink. Ive been here before and it seems like they dont want to serve food.
