Bottom line: If you don’t want to support Veterans on Veterans Day, then don’t. We don’t expect it, but we appreciate it.

Thank you Dairy Queen for the Veterans Day generosity. We were excited to learn of the DQ Med Blizzard offering for Veterans Day (VD).

Unfortunately, our experience was ruined by the unwelcoming and annoyed attendant. As we asked if they were participating in the VD offering we were quickly met with the phrase “only one”. I was accompanied by two other US Military veteran family members and sought to clarify with the attendant. She took the first order request then ignored the other two. I then sought clarification and offered my military ID, which she ignored. I was so shocked/humiliated by the encounter and dismissal, we weren’t even able to order additional items we had planned.

This was a very comfortable encounter that I’m sure goes against the intent of the DQ leadership.

I discussed my encounter with other service members/US Military veterans across the country (Florida + Texas) and no one else encountered anything remotely like this. They were meet with eager attendants that happy served them medium blizzards. We were dismissed with Blizzard Mini’s.

I've never been in such an uninviting restaurant. When I tried to place my order I was given an impatient attitude, and general rudeness. She didn't listen to what I said, and then got smart with me. I would've gotten food for my coworkers too, but I'll just get their lunches else where.

This location seriously needs to update their posted hours. My family and I arrived at 9:30 PM, only to find the place already closed. Very frustrating and completely inconvenient!

I love Dairy Queen but this dairy Queen needs remodels badly. The ice cream machine doesn't work right. The lady handed my kid melted ice cream.

We got to dq at 9:45 when it said online it was open until 10:00. This is the second time the hours were incorrect online dq needs to update hours online.

I just drove 45 minutes to this location because they said they had the cookie crunch ice cream just for them to be closed when I arrived . But on the website it says they were open til 10pm . I am very upset and very mad . For this I give 0 stars very disappointing.

When I went with my partner, it was FANTASTIC. Recently found out my mother use to be addicted to DQ when she was pregnant with me, now I know where my obsession came from lol. We love the late night vibes, just chill music and great customer service. They keep their establishment clean and smelling amazing. The food is excellent quality and the ice cream is to die for. I HIGHLY recommend checking this place out.

This place currently has inaccurate hours. Maps and the website say they close at 10, but they have a sign on the door that they close at 9. The restaurant itself is dirty, and the staff are rude and don't have any customer service skills, they act as if the customers are a big nuisance.

I can’t rate the food because no one could be bothered to serve me. Not the first bizzare experience I had at this location. There are others in the area that are better.
