This place currently has inaccurate hours. Maps and the website say they close at 10, but they have a sign on the door that they close at 9. The restaurant itself is dirty, and the staff are rude and don't have any customer service skills, they act as if the customers are a big nuisance.

I can’t rate the food because no one could be bothered to serve me. Not the first bizzare experience I had at this location. There are others in the area that are better.

If i could give it 0 stars I will, I ordered a blizzard and he didn't flip it upside down, he automatically put a top on it, so I drank my blizzard because of how runny it was...even the ice cream cones melted too fast. everything was dirty, instead of cleaning or wiping down tables when there are no customers the employees were just talking. My son needed to use the bathroom and it was beyond disgusting, poop all over the toilet seat, and pee all over the floor. When I told the guy at the register he looked at me like I was crazy.. never coming back to this location ever again

This dairy queen is fine, however, the reason I am giving 1 stars is because they are confirming that their closing time is 10 PM on Google, however, they really close earlier than this. I went yesterday at 9:10 PM and they were already closed and this has happened to me before.

Subpar compared to other DQs. Something is wrong w the ice cream machines - so runny! Either the machines are semi-broken or management is too cheap to refrigerate them properly so the ice cream isn’t like soup.

I ordered a cake in person for my 5-year old’s birthday and I specifically asked if they could put dinosaurs on it. I asked a couple of times because I think this was above the clerk’s pay grade, taking cake orders. She assured me that there would be dinosaurs. I go to pick it up? For starters, they didn’t even finish the cake yet, and so of course, there were no dinosaurs. The clerk on duty today said that they only do lettering. If I had known, I could have picked up some plastic dinosaurs to stick on there, but it’s too late now.Good job ruining a 5-year old’s birthday cake. At least Carvel in Arlington will make a cake in the color you want and will manage your expectations for what they can do in terms of decoration. Total disappointment.
