Visited this location to watch the NFL draft, that was a mistake. The staff was near the hostess counter and a sign that said wait to be seated. I stood there, and the group of 4 people ignored me. I decided to proceed, and I guess the manager finally noticed me. There were several available tables with reserved signs, I had reservations. I was wrong to walk in anyway, but I felt ignored with a manager there. He sat me but I think I made him mad because of where he placed me. I stood there as if he noticed he could have sat me somewhere nicer. I went and asked, and he allowed me to select between 2 tables. My sister and I sat and waited 15-20 mins for someone to acknowledge us. I sat there and looked around in disbelief, this can't be happening. The employees had disappeared except for the bar area. I said a young lady handed off a drink to someone outside the eating area, but no one was hardly around. Finally, we ordered, and I asked for all flats my sister ordered wings too byt didn't specify. The waiter wasn't sure if they still allowed all flats. Our order came quickly, but to my sisters surprise, they gave her all drums. If all this came from me walking in, I will never do that again. It was very painful to sit and get treated so harshly as if we were taught a lesson. It seems people don't care about customer service anymore. I don't have the desire to return. The business is doing well based on the investor presentation. I think I will go closer to home and visit Top Golf for wings since it will be warm soon. I have been going to D&B for years with coworkers. I think the manager expected us to complain and ask for a manager. I thought that was the manager.

My family and I went here tonight, impromptu outing for us and it was a wonderful time. The staff is nice & personable, the food and drinks are good. Robbie Rob made our night in the dining area. He’s definitely goes above and beyond for his customers. Overall, kudos to good service!

Took my family here for a little fun. The customer service was surprisingly very good, and the games were just right. We actually went there during the week, and it was not packed. We moved around without bumping into someone. My one issue, they had a limited amount of game prizes. Oh yeah, the bathroom was clean, we didn't eat here, so i can't rate the food quality. Overall, my family and I had a good visit. I will probably visit again this year.

We enjoy ourselves, and we have only been yo this location twice. However, each visit we encounter a staff member whose customer service isn't all that great.
Took our son and his friend for early birthday fun (May 26) because he will be having surgery on his foot eventually both but he has flat feet they are making an arch about 3months recovery. Anyway he'll be on a knee scooter so we wanted him to have some fun B4 he's laid up. Thank you for the delicious food, games and fun. We always have great service from as you walk into the building, attendees to the machines, the waiter, waitresses, chef, prize area, to even the person cleaning the tables and taking plates. It's super efficient to have her have to go boxes as well as cleaning up the plates. So again thank you for the amazing day.- An impressed Mom & Dad

I went here with my girlfriend and her friends as a backup plan and I will never do this again.Firstly the games. The main reason anyone would come here. They are pretty fun and we enjoyed ourselves. However every game only consists of one round and because of that it eats at the overly priced points to play. A lot of the games are damaged and gross to play on and the controls were very poor, being inaccurate and finicky.Also none of the recharge stations worked and we bad to get them recharged at the front desk which already had a long line. Defeating the purpose of the many recharge stations around the arcade.The food was atrocious. We ordered the $20.99 salmon salad and it was depressing. The salmon was flavorless and the “salad” aspect consisted of small divided portions of cherry tomatoes,lettuce and carrots.We ordered two plates of boneless wings and the GPT fries and both were cold. And the chips guacamole was terrible the chips being too flaky and thin and the guac being way too limy. We did not end up ordering dessert after first considering it.
