Every Ramadan, my family and I look forward to breaking fasts at Desi Bethak. It was no different this year. We were there yesterday and food was delicious. The food is the closest to Karachi taste in the dmv that you will find! Delicious food and great owners. They do need to work on volume ( the customers come with families but are too loud! And the waiter yells orders which is a bit annoying). The restaurant is a bit of a hole in the wall but the taste of the food is why we go over and over again!

The Bihari kebab was perfectly spiced, the chicken tikka was juicy, and the korma was rich and comforting. It truly felt like I was sitting in Karachi enjoying real desi food.
As a restaurant owner myself (Golden China Leesburg authentic Chinese flavors), I truly appreciate quality and authenticity. I like to treat myself to other cuisines sometimes, and Desi Bethak was 100% the right pick. The taste, freshness, and overall experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended for anyone craving authentic Pakistani cuisine!

Food was okay, service was terrible, lost unprofessional individuals roaming around. The worse part was they charged us gratuity fee without our consent, which I guarantee going straight to owner's pocket not the servers. I am collecting evidence to report these guys to the Fairfax County and write a blog about them. We are not going back, waste of time and money. I encourage everyone to raise their voice against the gratuity charge to spread awareness. Its your hard earned money afterall.

I was there on Sunday night picking up few things to-go. The girl at the register was really bitchy and she was on the phone with someone speaking her native tongue and talking crap about customers. I don’t think she is the owner, but she surely is ruining this business. I will not return to this place until this girl is fired.
