Very bad customer service! They got my order wrong and got loud with me and hung up in my face! I live far away and love to stop by here for there fried chicken wings in general tso's sauce its amazing but she said If I didnt bring the food back I wont get a refund.... this will be my last and final time visting this establishment!

I went there on 2/24/2025 the owner lady was super rude with me this food was very good on 2008 now food is not really good feel like oil is to older chicken smell not good too feel like older this is my last time spent money on this restaurant’s
Ordered 2 orders of frys and pork fried rice(no vegetables). got back to my hotel room and the fried rice was not cooked, had onions and no flavor at all. Been coming here for well over 40 years and this by far is the worst visit I've ever had. Never ever again. Save your money peeps..

My family has enjoyed ordering from this restaurant for at least 40 years. The quality of the food and the prices have always been exceptional. Don’t pay attention to the 1 star reviews - just picky people that wouldn’t be happy regardless of what they were served. It is a carry out, so don’t expect it to be anything more than that. Good food, prepared fresh and served hot. The fried rice that accompanies the main dish is amazing. I hadn’t eaten here for years since we moved out of the Springfield area, but tried it again today and it did not disappoint. Delicious! This is a Springfield “staple” that you must give a try.
