Domino's Pizza

First of all they don't have good customer service. They don't have respet the price for pizza they changee everyday, they need to take extra money. When you asked them to talk with the Manager they don't give you a chance so the people who worked there need to learn about cutomer service.

Order was marked complete in the tracking app but not brought out to me. I had to go and get it myself even though it was car side delivery. This is how they scam customers and corporate.

This is the best Dominos in the area. Been going here for years and there's always consistent quality, never had to wait longer than expected, or had my order messed up. They have it down to a science.

Rebecca is so fantastic, I believe she does needs a raise , she is outstanding and customer service from Rebecca was great I had tip her twice . You got a great one , please promote her because what she doing is above and beyond! Thank you so much Rebecca from the Saratoga plaza dominoes! Never ever rec this type of customer service and I work for a bank and she was so nice and kind . Please do something for her , I don’t know her but the experience was so great I had to write this review. Shout out to Rebecca at Dominoes Saratoga plaza !

NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE! When we ordered a pizza by phone for carryout they gave us only 3 topping instead of 6 or 5 like on the website and number 2 they never asked for our name and also gave the wrong sized pizza when we ordered a large pizza they gave us a medium sized one which should only cost around 17 dollars but they charged us $30!!! BE WARNED!

This dominos use to be very inconsistent on quality. About maybe 2 months ago, maybe a bit more, it's been noticeably better. My wife even noticed. I honestly don't expect perfection from dominos, especially not everytime. The recent change in consistency is plenty for me. Service always good and food made quickly. Order never made wrong.

The number of stupid issues I've had with this store is wild. The last straw was that they're open late for delivery but won't let people come in for carryout. I live directly behind the store and find it ridiculous to have to get it delivered to me when I can walk there, especially when the store is OPEN and SERVING FOOD. I could understand being open for carryout and not delivery if you don't have the drivers for it but to be open for delivery and not carryout is beyond mind-bogglingly dumb. To top it off the person who told me to get food somewhere else said that they get these calls all the time which should be an indicator that this is an INCREDIBLY STUPID POLICY. NEVER going to eat here even though it's literally right next to my house until the owner and management can make some reasonable decisions.

ETA: to suggest that it's unsafe for "diners" (what diners? It's designed as a carryout/delivery only establishment) or employees after a certain time also suggests it's dangerous for your employees who are delivering. If it's too dangerous to open the "front of house" then it should also be too dangerous to send your driver out in the dark to random houses. All you're doing is forcing deliveries during a high traffic time (10-1 on a weekend) so you can make more money off delivery charges, and that's just shameful.

Consistently gets our order right every time. Food tastes well prepared and properly cooked. Fast service. Parking a bit inconvenient, better to stop curbside and send a runner in to fetch the pizza.
