I truly love supporting the Latino community, especially when it comes to my own culture. However, I am leaving a negative review due to poor customer service and a lack of professionalism. The phone was answered by someone who was rude, unfriendly, and not helpful at all. Phone calls should always be answered in a polite, respectful, and friendly manner, as this is often the first impression of a business.

I later received an email from either the manager or the owner regarding a complaint I had made. Although they initially reached out, they never followed up, never responded again, and never apologized. This lack of accountability and communication is extremely disappointing.

They need to focus on properly training their employees to improve their business and reputation, which likely explains the continued negative reviews.

Food has been fantastic every single time. My husband and his family have been regulars for years. Their pupusas are phenomenal.

We got 3 menus from the lady and the 3 menus said something different, which we were already doubting ourselves in coming there. Our mistake was that we stayed, the drinks came really fast but the coffees tasted like they had left it out in the cold and just heated it up, the “ensalada de frutas” had a hair in it, and when we told the lady she said “oh no it’s not a real hair, we have a lot of things in the back and it could have been a corn hair or something” which is CLEARLY unacceptable, you can not allow that 🤦‍♀️ My mom’s Pupusas were undercooked, I won’t lie mine’s weren’t bad, but they only brought us a small container with curtido and salsa, keep in mind we had order 18 pupusa’s. There is so much other wrong things that happened in the while we were there. Also 4 other persons had problems while we were there. I 100% DO NOT recommend coming here.

Worst place ever. Cockroaches in the place. I went there to eat on 07/12/2025 afternoon and high chair for my baby was nasty they had never cleaned it felt sticky and stink after we ordered the drinks we saw cockroaches walking in our table that was nasty I told the waitress she said she didn't know. When the second waitress came she said because the door is open. Bro no even A/C i told them I didn't want good or drinks and I wanted to leave they still charge for the drinks and didn't even touch it. NASTY PLACE I don't even think they pass inspection u can feel that they never clean...

This place is a letdown. The atmosphere felt dirty, and the food wasn’t great. I got pupusas that were undercooked, and the red salsa they gave me tasted sour and like it had already started to ferment. After eating, I ended up having to run to the bathroom multiple times.
On top of that, they didn’t even want to give me my change back—just 6 cents! The woman at the counter literally said, “I’m not giving you your change, it’s only six cents.” They just seem totally okay with being a low-quality restaurant....won’t be coming back.

Ordered a carne asada, 3 pupusas and 2 frescos. 5 minutes later got the carne asada just the plate no silverware or nothing to eat with no drinks 10 minutes later we asked again they took about 3 minutes for the drinks my friend finish his carne still no pupusas we asked for the check and i asked to remove the pupusas and the waiter said ok charged me 27 dollars and then 5 days later bank statement shows a 31.50 charged from this place they even charge me for tip that i did not leave 😒.

Had the worst experience and I will never go here again. I called to place an order at 6:15 the guy told me 30 mins I said ok. I got there at 7pm it still wasn’t ready the lady at the register said give us a couple of minutes I said ok. While waiting I just kept seeing a lot of moment from other customers upset. The place wasn’t busy but I guess they had a lot of phone orders. So bout 730pm I said ok that’s to much let me go ask about my order. While waiting to talk to the lady, the lady told the guy don’t answer the phone cause the phone was going off and off. Like what type of business is this. Wow. So finally I said to them is my order ready and the lady said they haven’t started on your order yet. I said excuse me are you serious I place my order over the phone over an hour ago and she ain’t say nothing. I said you know what cancel my order I don’t want it this place is bullsh!t your service if a piece of **** and left. Around 810pm I see a miss call on my phone from this place. you guys are a joke. Thank twice about going to this location. Never had this type of experience at this location but says a lot especially if the owners were there and they had all this going on . Shows they don’t care!
