Pulled up at 5am not another person in site. I ordered 2 croissants with ham and egg. Easy enough right. I drive 20 minutes home and reach into my bag to take a bit and nope. Not what I ordered at all. I mean it’s bread, egg and ham. Why is that so hard? I mean there was absolutely no one else there to confuse things with. Just disappointed.

Went threw the drive threw to order a milkshake, because my mouth hurts from dental work yesterday. They curb me for 15 min, I go it to find no one had even started making my shake. Couldn't even get a refund because the window person didn't give me a receipt. And had to be back a work. Worst I've ever been to.

Genuinely if I could give this specific franchise a 0 I absolutely would. First of all why work in a coffee shop and you can’t even make coffee?? Explain how coffee taste like popcorn?? I know it’s because you guys are so busy but because of the business you don’t prioritize customer service or the quality of products and I can show the receipts. Honestly shut down your franchise it’s criminal for it to be running. Stop being crappy at your customer service and ignoring the quality of product because you feel overwhelmed. I hope when you go to the doctors they feel “overwhelmed” and “busy” by all the patients that you don’t even get seen for the mole on your backs.

For as new as this facility is they don’t have the proper Manager running it. It’s one the slowest Dunkin’s I’ve ever been too. And behind the counter looked like a hot mess. The drive thru was as slow as molasses. Went inside instead & it was even worse. Come here at your own risk.

First time going to this location on Tuesday. I was at work and looked at my drink and there was a dead fly in my cup. Mind you, I had already been drinking from my cup. Im glad I didn't drink that bug. It’s sad, bc I’ve never had this experience with Dunkin…but first time for everything.

Fix your water faucet pressure and there's no hot water. Fix your soap dispenser. It doesn't work. It's not just wrong. it's code violation

Just had an order today and the cashier was rude and bad mouthing.
Went through the drive through this morning. Was immediately parked. Waited outside for 20 min, with ny 1 year old baby, I went in to fix the problem and ask what was the hold to long for an ice craze latte, in the meantime they were trying to offer me a regular coffee, because whey we’re apparently out of whipped cream, and the manager stated it was on the way, I waited 20 min and on top of that they wanted me to wait more. I was charge for something they didn’t have and not going to tell me they didn't have it. I was getting frustrated and on top of that the manager said this is a big company, Like come on i spend a lot of money here, every month I contribute to the boosted status and yes I know it’s a big company and my money contributes to you getting paid.
