This location is grossly understaffed. We ordered on the app and it took over 35 minutes to get two drinks, two doughnuts, and two egg wraps. When we arrived, the guy running the drive-thru was also in charge of making all of the drinks for the walk-in customers. The drive-thru received all priority over app orders due to lack of workers. My advice, don’t use app, use drive-thru for this location or find another. Poor mgt shouldn’t be rewarded.

The older lady working the drive thru is very rude
I come here often and always buy at least $25 worth of food/drinks. It wouldn’t kill you all to greet your customers and say thank you for your business. I get we all have to work and are busy but the attitudes here are questionable. I’m only giving 4 stars because my orders are always right and they do a great job fulfilling the orders.

Went in through the drive thru to pick up a mobile order. I haven’t had Dunkin in many years and I don’t know if I’ll be back anytime soon. Usually, I’m not even a fan of their coffee, but we were hungry at that moment. After signing into the app, we saw that there was a five dollar breakfast deal for a medium coffee, a wrap and hashbrowns. We also ended up ordering two additional glazed donuts.
There were no more glazed donuts, unfortunately, which was a little bit of a bummer but it is what it is so we opted for a strawberry sprinkles doughnut. First off no wonder why it’s five dollars for that meal deal. The wrap was the size of a dumpling. But I figured well it is “only” five dollars. Let me tell you I’ve never experienced this before, but when I bit into those hashbrowns they tasted like cleaning solution. Not that I’ve tasted such a thing but your body just knows that smell.
And I was just hoping that it was only the smell however, once I bit into it, it was too late. It tasted like the hashbrowns had been bathed and cleaning solution. There was no fans or butts about it, I even tried to reason with my brain, thinking how such a thing could happen however, nothing came to mind, and I threw away the entire thing. This was such a poor experience. I don’t even know what to say. It’s just unfortunate because this location is relatively new compared to others and I should’ve followed my gut and went to the other location by Edsall Road.

I purchased an iced coffee and when I asked for extra ice they charged me for it. I don’t know how that makes sense or how that is a good business model. How cheap can a place be last time I will be visiting this location…..and the receipt doesn’t even charge for ice it charges for water.

Ma’am, you have got to be kidding me? There was no line at the drive thru today 11/24 @ ~5:10am (the inside wasn’t busy either as I could see from the window) for you to even say such foolishness and then to catch yourself because your colleague already was handing you the iced coffee before you could finish your nonsense.
This is not the first time this particular employee has been nasty and condescending. Ma’am, I wasn’t in a rush to begin with. The app even says wait times can be longer then expected. I’ve waited numerous times before for my ONE ICED COFFEE as I frequent this location and am aware it can get busy in the mornings. It’s just this particular employee I’ve had issues with her disgusting attitude. Everyone else in that location does what they need to do adequately.

The worst Dunkin' Donuts we've ever been to. My husband's coffee was ice cold, even though it was hot, and he had to ask why they wouldn't give it to him. We had to wait 20 minutes. Then we sat down to eat, and a woman rudely told us we were parked illegally. The worst customer service ever.
