Look, I’m not a huge review-leaver but was kinda shocked how low this one was. And I’ve been to many Dunkins. Walked in, Jose was behind the counter and was great. The food came out super hot, the coffee was great. It was clean, too. I had a great experience.

The coffee and donuts at this location is always made fresh daily. Everytime I have come here, I have not had an issue and have always had great service. This is a nice new location built last year that also has a baskin robins.

Whoever is in charge, is a phenomenal teacher. Didn't get to try my sandwich yet. Always a clean atmosphere.

Went through the drive through this morning. Was immediately parked. When I went to check my bag I noticed 2 items were missing. I went in to fix the problem and was told the item wasn't even available? So not only was I charged for something they didn't have, they were not going to tell me they didn't have it. Just hand me the rest of my food like it was fine I paid for items I didn't receive. This has happened more than once where I just don't get my items I paid for. This place robs people. I would avoid this location at all costs.

This location isn't managed properly and very disorganized. I've ordered curbside 4 times and the order is never brought out and I end up having to go inside to get it.

Avoid placing a mobile order as it will take forever for them to fulfill it. A lot of the younger staff seemed to just stand by and chitchat instead of work.

That's the only place I can go before I go to work and I go to the drive-thru and they are always slow. Then when you get your food they don't give you a fork with it and half of the time you got to ask for a napkin. The employees there are very nice but they are so busy that they rushed through to get everybody out of there and forget to put the necessary stuff in the bag

I've been a Starbucks girl for years but on thanksgiving recently I couldn't find one open after my work shift, so I went to this Dunkin. I've never been to Dunkin for coffee and was hesitant but Tamar (I hope I'm getting her name right) could not have been sweeter, despite me not really knowing what to get she was patient and kind all while working a holiday and I'm so grateful for that. I've certainly been converted and have been frequenting Dunkin since!Parking: Drive thru as well!

Ever since this new location opened, come here almost every day at various times. Learned one thing: do NOT order mobile! They give exactly zero F's about your order. Arrive 10-15min after placing order, and they haven't even started the ONE drink yet. Another 10min later ask them, and they'll shuffle thru the outstanding slips before finally starting to make it. Also not unusual at all that they will fill every mobile slip that came out of the printer AFTER yours before they ever get to you. Their #1 priority is drivethru, #2 is walk-ins. Even when they're slow and empty, your order slip will still just sit there for 10-20min. In summary: expect up to 30min turnaround for ONE f'n drink!
