Great location with a drive through! At this location it's a Dunkin' Donuts & baskin robins combo. They have coffee, donuts and ice cream at this location! The service is always great here and the building was reconstructed within the past year.

Ordered a custom ice cream cake on line from this business (it is a Dunkin/Baskin Robbins combo). I received the standard email confirmation and no other contact. Went to this store and picked up the cake without any mention of a problem. When the cake was cut, we realized it was made with the wrong ice cream. I contacted the customer service department on line to report the problem and was contacted by a manager apologizing that they did not have the ice cream I asked for but, made the cake anyway. No apology for handing me a cake they knew was completely wrong or taking my $55 for a cake I did not order. I even offered to drop off the remaining cake and get my money back. Nope, the only option given was a $25 Baskin Robbins gift card. Like I would ever use them again. Beware of this business.

Everything is too bad at this location.. the employees don’t want to work they r always standing never ask you to help you. You have to ask them to help me and they will look at each other to help the customer and some will go to the back.. when you ask them for single scoop of ice cream they will give small tiny kid’s scoop.. the employees aren’t trained or they don’t want to work. They just want to stand there and busy on their phones. No one should go to that store. Management need to change.I ordered cake From this location first they said they don’t have the cake then they said they don’t have the ice cream.. it’s useless Baskin robin they don’t have even the Most famous flavors.

After supper, I came here to have just a small chocolate shake. I was able to quickly enter the drive-through, use it, and leave after five minutes. It was quick to complete. The staff is incredibly welcoming and was very upbeat. My shake was excellent, and I will probably return if I have a sweet tooth.Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options from the Dunkin side, and as far as I know Baskin Robbins to not have any meat inside of its ice cream.Parking: The parking lot is relatively small, but it didn’t seem like it was that busy.Wheelchair accessibility: This establishment is located on one level and is wheelchair accessible.

I wish I can give zero star. Customer service and management alway try to get out of hand and don’t want to involve anything. There was an issue with ordeals payment and we tried to get refund but employees pushed to one another. I one could help on anything. Really crazy……

Long wait times. Chaotic. The staff is friendly and patient but need some extra training to become more efficient.The kiosk is weird. It only lets you order from the dunkin side of the menu, not the baskin side.The food quality was what you'd expect from your typical dunkin/baskin restaurant. Would have been a good location if not for the horrible customers.You dont get served in the order you arrive and your food doesnt come out in the order that your order was taken. It was mostly because the customers in this area are awful. They started yelling at/harassing the staff to hurry with their orders, which then made the staff anxious and flustered, so they worked on orders of the loudest customers. That then meant that the drive thru line was neglected because the staff had to deal with the bullies inside the restaurant. To the classless lady in red shirt, black pants, and red cap in front of me - it was just a donut and lemonade. You threatened to leave 6 times. You should have just left instead of harass the new girl.

It's nice to have a Baskin Robbin's in the neighborhood! I ordered a scoop of the new Cookie Monster ice cream flavor and a scoop of the coconut pineapple as well. Both flavors were really good.

It's just what the doctor ordered when you need either a caffeine boost or sugar rush.Parking: Can be tricky backing out of lot as the drive through lane is narrow.Kid-friendliness: Baskin Robbins - need I say more?

Don't go thru the drive thru, it's a trap. You will be stuck there for mad long while cars pile in behind you.Edit: came back a few weeks after initially posting thinking it be different. It was not. They need to remove that curb separating the drive thru from the adjacent parking lot so people are free to leave when they realize it's going to be 30 minutes from the time you get in line to the time you can order.

Long wait in the drive up line to hear they were not serving that line.....guess the new store is not working out so well.

it is supposed to be new. inside is so dirty it looks like an establishment from 20 years ago. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They don't have replacement ice cream. A flavor runs out and there is simply no more. The ice cream machines are spilling water everywhere. The cashier registers are dirty. Those employees need better training or better payment because they don't feel like working.
