A restaurant that is hidden. The restaurant is very pretty display. The music was great. Everyone started with the chicharron, it was fried well. But it could have been more crunchy. I ordered the birria burger. The burger was seasoned well, but the beef that they put on the burger was super dry with no flavor. The soup was days old, the corn in the soup was soft. The rice was from the other days. The young lady was apologetic about the food.

pretty good burger . But Overpriced, $20 for burger, charged for water(!?), and automatically add their own tip in .

One of those small out of the way places that is a hidden gem. Fantastic food! Burgers are always great. Made several visits. Great place to stop in after your Costco run.

It's a hidden gem, and costs as much as one. Dyfre's, AKA La Taqueria DC, AKA Bellavita Pizza, wears many hats, working off three separate menus, and each item is made fresh to order. I've not had anything here that didn't hit the spot.

However, the flaw in execution here is the price. It's too expensive for what the food, and atmosphere are.

Two burgers with fries, an order of arepas (which came with one beef and one chicken), and three bottled non-alcoholic drinks were just shy of $100.00! In no world should Burgers, pizza, and tacos be a $35.00 per person affair.

Honestly, if you're going to spend that much per person, you may as well go to a full sit down restaurant, and enjoy the benefit of server, refilled drinks (at no additional cost), and a more relaxing environment.

EDIT: In reading other reviews, I'm beginning to wonder if our food was so expensive because of the hidden 20% service charge. What makes this equally disturbing is that the place then has an additional line for a tip, which I suspect leads many people to paying a ridiculous tip amount. For the price of a burger, which is still around $25.00, this place should be well equipped prior to a tip to pay their staff a livable salary. I don't think I will be back to this place.

What a hidden gem! When you first walk in it's a little confusing because it serves burgers, tacos, and pizza, and it looks like just a takeout place, but there is an upstairs seating area. The menu has so many options that it's hard to choose just one! The half pound burger was juicy and flavorful and definitely keeps you full. The fries were very crispy too. The birria tacos were also very flavorful as was the broth that was served with them. Grilled chicken tacos were okay, we wish that there was more slaw served on top. The fried chicken tacos were more than we were expecting, and the chicken was very crunchy! I wasn't expecting a bag of Margarita, but I will always take that over a glass Margarita that has too much salt on it. We were very happy with this restaurant and would love to come back.

This place is primarily a Columbian restaurant, but you can also get burgers and pizza here. And they have outstanding burgers.

I got the Cowboy Burger, which has bacon, a fried egg, and onion rings on it. Mmmmmm The blackened charcoal bun is an interesting touch

The service was so bad and they give me the wrong order

Tomatoes had gone bad in one of the burritos, the waitress brought out the wrong order, and the worst was the included 20% tip that wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the menu or by the waitress beforehand. Service was not that good to receive that much tip.

I had a great experience at Dyfre’s Burger in Springfield! I ordered a burger and it was absolutely delicious—juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. The atmosphere was unique and welcoming, with a distinct Colombian style that gave the place a vibrant, cultural touch. You can tell there’s a lot of heart behind the food and the vibe.

Highly recommend if you’re looking for a tasty burger with a twist and a cozy spot to enjoy it!

Finding this restaurant was a real treat! The food & service was excellent! A gem in an industrial park! I will be back… a lot.

Not fancy but grab the carne asada fries and thank me later

Dyfre’s Burger is a hidden gem in Springfield, serving bold, handcrafted burgers with a creative Latin twist. Their standout Cowboy Burger — loaded with smoked cheddar, a fried egg, and bacon-stuffed onion rings on a black charcoal bun — is an absolute must-try. The portions are massive, the meat is freshly ground in-house, and the sides (like salchipapas and empanadas) are just as flavorful and satisfying.

The atmosphere is casual with a cozy outdoor patio, and the service makes the experience even better. I had Carolina as my server and she was incredibly sweet, attentive, and gave me great recommendations. If you stop by, definitely ask for Carolina — she’ll take great care of you!

Between the food, the vibes, and the service, Dyfre’s is easily one of the most unique and satisfying burger spots in Northern Virginia. Worth every bite — and every dollar.
