Eggs & Sushi is a hidden gem!! I've driven down Fullerton a bunch of times and just never noticed it until today. We went ahead and checked it out for breakfast since it wasn't quite lunchtime - the food taste and quality was amazing! We had a egg and cheese on a bagel, a breakfast burrito, and a smoothie.The service is fantastic, everyone working behind the counter is so friendly.The food was prepared quickly and was hot and fresh. They also offer smoothies, assorted beverages, coffee, espresso drinks, and even have beers and sake. The atmosphere is like a really cute little deli with a few tables and a sushi bar.The prices are very reasonable for the quality and portions, we're definitely planning to come back for breakfast sometime and want to try their Japanese lunch options. I'd definitely recommend checking it out!

Awesome place to go if you're craving Japanese food, breakfast, deli, or sushi!! This place has it all, the menu is very extensive and creative. All the food was amazing, everyone is very laid back and friendly, and the variety of food is refreshing. Will be coming back, thank you for your hospitality! :)
This place always has such good food. Japanese, American an even all day breakfast. Lots of variety, very healthy and with great prices too. I come here frequently for lunch since I can always change things up if I'm in the mood for something else on the menu. Definitely recommend !!

I got a poke salmon bowl with nigiri and it was delicious! The cuts were fresh and the staff is lovely :) they brought us boba tea mochi! Def will come back again but will be ordering from them directly.
