They should hire more staff during the weekend. Ordered through the app. It’s almost took an hour to receive the food. Extremely frustrating to wait and not even able to talk to anyone when the order will be ready. Also, no clear indication where should you stand to pick up. They were all over the place.

When you we receive the order, the sandwiches were not neatly packaged and it were all mussed together.

I love Einstein bros and come here often. but the service is getting worse day by day.

My experience today 8-30-2025, was not very good, normal Mike is very welcoming, the new people are a bit slow or not experience needs communication training the bags was dirty with cream cheese messed my sweater. The lox was stale tasted very fishy made my nauseous. Hopefully I don't have food poisoning.

Straight garbage. I grabbed my order off the pickup shelf right as they placed it there and somehow it was already cold. They put wayyyyy too much of the spread on the maple house sandwich the whole thing was falling apart as I was eating it. I’m never returning.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your [location] store. I have been a loyal customer at this location for over 25 years and have always appreciated the quality of both your food and service. Unfortunately, I have noticed a significant decline in professionalism and customer care over time.

On August 8, 2025, at approximately 6:14 AM, I placed an online order for pickup. I arrived at the store around 6:30 AM to collect my order, only to find that it was not ready. The staff member behind the counter responded rudely, raising his voice at me for waiting. He claimed that someone else had already taken my order, which I find highly unlikely since customers typically verify their names before collecting orders. The shop was not busy at the time, making this mix-up and the subsequent treatment unacceptable.

This experience left me feeling disrespected and frustrated. I believe that a business with a 4.0 rating should uphold better standards for customer service. I urge you to address the conduct of your staff and ensure that employees are properly trained to handle customers respectfully and efficiently.

I hope you take this feedback seriously so that long-time customers like myself can continue to enjoy visiting your store.

Love the bagels, personal opinion, but they are probably the best big chain. Staff here always seems super eager to help you out and even when very busy I've never had to wait long nor have I ever encountered them being out of a style I want. Always look forward to the stop

Arrived with my family of 6, ordered bagels (which by the way she was annoyed I didn’t pre order) & they would not toast them for us because we ordered too many bagels. What the heck? AND it was the General Manager that refused & they weren’t even busy!!!! AND we were eating at the restaurant not taking it to go….They just lost a customer over this. Done!

Don't come if you are in a rush, if you order online the food will be ready about 30 minutes after it says it will be ready
