Einstein Bros. Bagels

We’ve had too many poor experiences to rate this location any higher than 3 stars, including a 50 minute wait in the restaurant recently. The food is often packaged poorly and the service team really struggles to keep up. I wrote about my experience to management several weeks ago and received no response.

Management, please do better! Unhappy employees is not a recipe for success. No one looks happy to be here.

I love Einstein, but the customer service is horrible. Also unfortunately I will need to stop coming here. Here is my breakfast they served me. Also I had ordered online bagels and had ordered wrong and called them and they never answered.

If you like slooowly repeating your order and even sloooower service, this is the place for you you.

My order wasn’t ready on time and seems to have gotten lost in the system, but the staff was very accommodating and made it fresh on the spot. The Farmhouse was delicious, and the vanilla latte was great. Professional, kind staff and a clean restaurant overall.

If you like waiting 40min for a bagel this is the best spot for you

My online order didn't even show up at the store, so they had to write my order down by hand. My order number had 20 digits so their system is clearly screwed up. Nice guys working here (not their fault) and the food itself is good.

Usually it's really good, but today I put on my put in my first online order which included my usual Santa Fe sandwich, and for some reason I cannot fathom it had guacamole on it. Just a reminder it's always a good idea to check your order before you leave a store.

I have been going to this Einstein Bagel for over 20 years. I has sadly become terrible. The food is med at best and the staff is horrendous. They were disorganized and unfocused. I waited 20 minutes for an order I made online and was not ready when I arrived. They made my bagel twice because they are not communicating and too busy complaining about customers. They need to stop gossiping about the customers and concentrate on the ones in front of them and complete orders. When I complained about not getting my mocha the cashier made it and I am pretty sure left out the syrup and whip cream on purpose. I will never go back.

Very nice, I placed an order in advance and got there later than expected. Lady was nice enough to remake my cappuccino.

I will start by saying it's always clean. Customer service not so good. I was met with a head nod. I said good morning and still silence. So I'm like okay, I will order. Not very familiar with the menu, so she was no help there. As I continued to look on the menu, I found the brisket sandwich. I got there about a year ago when customer service was A-1, and the cook had arms like my grandma and took her time. I had a very nasty sandwich and I was not pleased. The cheese was cold, not melted. The jalapenos were just tossed on top. I'm not sure who the cook was last year, but she made sure the sandwich was thoroughly soft, warm, and everything melted. It was delicious. Unfortunately, this morning it was awful and very pricey. I mean, I can make a cold sandwich at home. I wanted the brisket with cheese and jalapeno for a reason. The place was very clean, but I was dissatisfied with the food.

It was nothing over the top. It was fresh ingredients though. Cheaper than Subway and held me over for 4 hours till dinner. Fast service as well.

Worst location ever. Doesn’t know how to pick up the phone. Goes straight to automated system. App never works and can’t even place an order on the web browser.

As Einstein himself I would like to recommend this particular restaurant, as it is the best location in all of the country
