Room was very clean and comfortable. The location is great if you're visiting Ft. Belvoir or NGA. Have them print your receipt if you need one. Otherwise, you'll have to call at least four times and give them two different emails to get it sent to you. If you check-in or check-out while its busy, be very patient because I've only ever seen just one person handling that at the front desk. There were up to four people behind the desk as I checked out this morning. But, they were very busy laughing and joking with each other instead of assisting with checkouts. By the way, I'm still waiting for that receipt to show up in one of the two emails I provided.

For the price, it was worth it. It has complimentary alcohol drinks per person. Also have free made to order breakfast. Especially the breakfast, the egg quality is above the average hotels. With a family of 4, I will come back again in the future! My only problem is the gym and pool location is a little hard to figure out how to walk back to my roomRooms: Nice and clean with a sofa bed for my kids.Food & drinks: Complementary smacks and alcohol beverage/happy hour at your arrival. I like their eggs. It makes with real eggs, not powder!.

The staff is incredibly rude! My husband called the night we booked a room to ask what time their pool opened in the morning as we have stopped at a number of places intending to swim and having the pool under maintenance. We were informed 8am. However, when we arrive at the pool at that time, the sign says it doesn't open until noon! My son and I stopped at the desk as we just spoke with a person the night before, and Sariah was so disrespectful I was mindblown. She cut me off to inform me that is a County regulation and that nobody would tell me that, implying I was lying to her. Within 1 minute of speaking with their front desk staff, the face of their hotel, my character was questioned in front of my child. I truly cannot believe someone in customer service has such a lack of human decency. I did file a formal complaint as not only does their staff not know apparant county regulations, the disrespect by Sariah was sickening. The general manager was supposed to respond within 3 days, its been a week. This could have been a regular stop for my family, but I assure you we will be stopping at a hotel that respects their customers and paychecks.

Well, I thought the restaurant on site would be helpful until you try to order then told by the front desk, we told you again, " they will call you" after asking the front desk numerous times if I could just simply order chicken tenders for my kid's. Not sure why there is a restaurant if they can't even pick up the phone for a simple order. Don't stay here

Nice room. Great location for me. Breakfast buffet was decent. They have made to order omelettes, but they didn’t have a waffle maker. Would be really awesome if they had EV chargers.

My room is very nice. But I have tried calling Front Desk, and House Keeping from the room two days in a row, and they never pickup. My last night, I had to use my mobile telephone to call front desk because toilet would not flush. Front desk answered immediately. Maintenance man came within a few minutes. My recommendation is do not bother calling from your room if you need Front Desk, House Keeping, or Room Service.

Very nice facility and good location for getting around southern DC.This hotel does not clean rooms or replace towels unless you request it at check in and they won’t tell you.We checked in online and had our room assigned and mobile check in ready to go, just needed a physical key and the desk agent was telling us to come back in two hours. Finally she did give us a key but a lot of negativity.Hope you have a better experience. A few smiles, hellos and thank you’s this could be a 5 star review.Rooms: Rooms were clean and in very good condition. The TV cuts out a lot due to the satellite.Very hard to watch anything even for a minute or two.

Adam the so-called hotel manager. Only one that I know was Tim. He has been damn good with what he could do as far as problems. I've never met you and I've been staying in your hotel. It will be here in March. I have been living in hell as far as “green” hotel, which is a lot. The faucets constantly leak. And show us the toilet. This is not a green hotel. I know the room that I am staying in. Currently can’t go as low as 51°. No they’re just being cheap like the disastrous tacky designs that they did to this hotel. None of these tables and chairs are ADA compliance at all. A handicap, disabled person cannot enjoy any cocktails or dining at this hotel lobby bar area. do you know when they were doing these cheap, horrible, useless renovations, that they sacrifices their staff, revenue and tips as part of their benefits. Just to do nothing. The furniture is horrible. I hit my knees constantly on the edges and can you imagine a child running in the room and hit their head on these sharp corners. Some of the staff members are so nasty especially and I’m not calling out the Filipino community. I got attacked and fussed out so many times by them. I’m like we’re diamond members and stayed here. Well we’ll be staying here for a year plus. Some of the bar staff, front desk, staff, and server staff has been terrific. They made such a horrible situation livable. I won’t name the names of the ones that were, but they should already know because the staff complain to HR and nothing has been done. But guess what Mr. Adams don’t care because he’s trying to save his job and make sure he get his bonuses. I know this because I’ve worked in HR I know the game. But I also know if you have a guest asking for a special accommodations, they help reason under ADA I don’t see why there’s an issue with complying with that especially if they have medical documentation. it’s not like I’m gonna be here for the rest of my life. But I’ve been dealing with this heat issue graciously. RSV I hhave a health condition or auto immune disease. It's called lupus. Heat makes me extremely sick and it shuts down my immune system and make me incapable of healing. I have been sick constantly but I can't get the proper rest because it's constantly hot in my room and a temperature of 70+°. Please don't tell me that you have no control over the AC units because that's a lie. I have moved to several floors because of this reason. When I moved to room 511. One of your brilliant maintenance guys was so kind and shut down the heat that's coming in my room. What is the purpose of having AC ducks and a heating duck. I room to move to several rooms all I'm asking because I have a doctors note. I have a disability in a disease it's to shut the heat off in my room. So far my insurance company has paid your hotel $80,000 plus not just the drinks and the food that we purchased in this industry. We were told that we were family by so many members of your staff, but yet I never met you. Is this something that could be accommodating because I do have a disability and I'm not trying to move to another floor because I moved to five different rooms. You tell me what should I do? Should I file a complaint with the government because I fall under ADA or is it possible so that you guys can just shut the heat down because I'm gonna be leaving your hotel probably in March. I wish I had someone to help me fight this battles because I'm extremely sick and I'm gonna be having surgery on February 1st. My husband, Chris Torre, who is a diamond member and he works in the insurance industry where he travels quite frequently and utilizes Hilton. He told me the front desk manager said no there's nothing I can do to deal with it. That's a damn lie especially since my insurance company is spending over $90,000 and we've been here for over a year will be a year in March. But Chris Torre who is a diamond member said that the staff told him sorry pretty much f you. I hope someone can keep their word and fix the situ

Room was clean and I couldn't hear my neighbors. The free happy hour was a welcomed surprise.

We have 3 young kids and could not have been happier with our stay! The rooms are clean and quiet– we couldn’t hear any of our neighbors, which made us feel more comfortable knowing that our kids likely were not disturbing anyone either. Breakfast was fantastic. Something new was offered each morning, and the women waiting on us were so friendly and welcoming to our boys. The pool was a big hit with our kids, along with the free snacks served in the evenings. Location was great! We had a wonderful time and would love to return again.

Nice rooms.Clean hotel. But OMG…I came so close to having my vehicle towed from the parking lot because the check-in staff did not notify me that there was a parking fee. The space was unmarked, All of the diamond member spaces were taken up. The only reason I knew that there might be a problem was because I started reading the reviews before going to sleep and I noticed comments about paid parking. I I called down to the front desk and they informed me “Oh yes, the parking is not free.” When I asked, how was I supposed to know, since there were no signs?, They said “it’s mentioned online”. So I had to get dressed sometime after 11 PM, run down to the desk and get a pass to put in my vehicle. The staff was nice enough to waive the fee. But when I asked, how was I really supposed to know? they just shrugged their shoulders.
