My family and I would always go there to get some snacks during this hot summer. Food is not bad but it you are looking to have an overall good experience go somewhere else because the service sucks. There’s a young lady who always have the worst attitude and is never willing to help out. We try to support small businesses but I guess we’ll find a different place to go now. If I could I would give this place 0 stars.

The female employee gave us the worst service. She put hot sauce on our minuta when we didn’t ask for it, and refused to fix it when asked nicely. She claimed that we said we wanted hot sauce, but we never told her anything. We have been here multiple times and have never ordered hot sauce on our minuta. Instead of fixing it she accused us of lying and stormed off to the kitchen. Worst service we have ever had and we will not be returning.

Food is good, customer service is awful, there is a lady that always have an attitude but never had an issue with her, until yesterday she mess up our order and I asked her to fix it in a nicely way because I didn’t thought it was a big deal to just make me a new one, she just kept on saying that’s what I asked and that’s what I was getting and proceed to walk away! While leave me there standing with the food…NEVER COMING BACK!!

I had the same experience as the reviews below me at their shaved ice spot on Richmond hwy, the man started yelling at me telling me not to park in the spot I had parked at in a really rude way. That is not how you talk to your customers, and could be done in a different manner. I decided to leave and not purchase. Makes me wonder how many other customers he has chased away. On a separate note, I’ve had no issues with any other employees, all have been great in past experiences.
