Food was decent but the 3 entrees did not come with the chick peas as ordered for pick up. I called to tell them the issue and all the person who answered the phone said sorry, you can come back and pick them up. I live 25 min away one way and that solution isn’t good enough. Won’t be giving them my business this point forward.

The food had no taste and the customer service was terrible- the lady had her eyes fixated on me to and wanted me to order without looking at the prices and menu , there was a younger lady who came to take over from the old lady and she was ever terrible. Save your money go somewhere else with better food and customer

This place used to be good. I ordered chicken kabobs and beef combo. Small pieces and the quality of chicken was bad. Save your money. It’s not worth it. I promise Chick-fil-A is better and cheaper than this.

I love this place, the food is never a disappointment and the service is excellent. We haven't eaten here in a while since we moved out to Chantilly but I was on the area today and grabbed it for dinner. When I told them that they packed it separate so I enjoy it at home without missing out on the taste.

Over priced and food serving is very small….compared to all the competitors.Go eat at VA Kabob down the road….tasty food and plenty of food….you can eat it two times.Also customer service is not good here; i heard complains from multiple people and experienced it myself.

I've been going here for a very long time and the food had always been good, lately(after pandemic) you can tell the quality/taste of the food has deteriorated and the prices have gone up, but, the food is still good. Service is great, they accommodate to English and Farsi speakers. The setting of the restaurant is also nice

I’m surprised to see some of the criticism of the customer service here. The person at the counter today was very pleasant and welcoming, and the food was quite good.They do accept cards now.

First time customer. The kabob (chicken and lamb) is delicious, and fantastic service! The gentleman gave a few sugdestin's on ordering and then he even brought over a couple of slices of lime with the suggestion of squeezing them over the spinach and okra side dishes. There will be other visits. There was nice laughter from the kitchen area so I felt it must be a nice place to work at.
