Dry pot, on the other hand, is just as it sounds: dry and served without broth. But make no mistake, serving the pot without the liquid broth detracts not an ounce of flavor. When the pot is served dry, everything inside has already been cooked and sizzled to spicy perfection. The special sauce to go with the dishes contains more than 20 different herbs and spices, all purchased locally. The rich aromas and tender, flavorful meat and veggies mingle harmoniously, and even if your mouth might go numb from the heatwave of Szechuan peppercorns, you still can't help yourself to indulge in the second round.

Excellent service and fresh food. Menu has a good variety with lots of price points to accommodate everyone's budget.
Ordered Singapore Noodles, 1/2 peking Duck, Beef and Broccoli, and Green Onion Cake. This was enough for dinner and 3 lunches to go.

Solid dim sum. came on the weekend. Taro dumplings, scallion pancakesand turnip cakes were very yummy And fresh. They do not do the cart here, but that might be a good thing. That’s why their food is so fresh. Soup dumplings and crispy beef were all right,

This is by far my favorite Chinese food in the area. I don’t get to it as often as I would like and every time I go I get reminded of how delicious it is! The food is top notch, the prices are great, the service was fast but not rushed.

Had mapo tofu, homemade pork dumplings, and shrimp balls (not pictured). All amazing!
