Beyond disappointed. My drink had no sugar when it said 100% sugar!

We host K-Pop related events at this Gong Cha and the staff is always amazing! Great service and a fun atmosphere!

First of all, I'm a boba LOVER! I know when the tea is good, and when I say Gong Cha is incredible, I MEAN it! The place is so pretty and has lots of cute decorations. It has a wide menu with lots of options. You can order on a little screen if you don't want to order directly, and you can choose how much sweetness, how large the cup is, sometimes the ice, and what toppings. The workers are very polite, and your order is quick. There's also some arcade machines and lots of sitting options, like chairs, tables, and a sofa. Love the place, I always crave it!

We decided to stop here because it looked so inviting. It was a GREAT choice. Very pleasant employees. When they didn't have a particular Boba we like, they offered a delicious alternative. The Bubble waffle was perfectly prepared and delicious. Vanilla ice cream was the only choice if I wanted ice cream on my waffle. It was so tasty with or without the ice cream that I didn't care if that was the only flavor. It seems like a great place to hang out. Board games, Foosball, Pacman & other electronic games: all for customers to enjoy on the house. Very clean. Can't ask for more!

Stopped by for a quick cold treat since we were on vacation in the area. Gong Cha always hits the spot. After ordering from the kiosk, it took about 5 minutes before our order was ready. Our drinks were just right. I wanted to try something new and ordered the Peach Green Milk Tea with Coconut Jellies which was good. The shop was cute, clean and well-lit and had two old school arcade games that you can play while waiting for your order.

We've been to this store twice and both times were a total letdown. We're regulars at Gong Cha and were thrilled to have one nearby after moving here, but our experience here was just awful. The young guy and lady working here clearly despise their jobs. They took our orders with such indifference and almost seemed to have a grudge. We ended up leaving with only 2 drinks instead of the 3 we ordered because they couldn't be bothered. The guy was so careless, tossing utensils and cups around. The other time, the lady didn't even bother speaking to me to take my order, just gave me a mean girl stare. We're not planning on returning to this location. If the owner reads this, we're sorry for your business, but with such bad attitudes from your staff, it could really hurt you. There's a Kung Fu Tea nearby and their staff was much friendlier.

The customer service here is amazing! This was the first time I’ve came to a gong cha before and Audrey was patient and kind enough to explain and elaborate on the drinks. Her kindness has genuinely made my day and I appreciated the recommendations she gave me! The atmosphere was clean and cozy and the drink she recommended me, the creme brulee milk tea, was phenomenal! Thank you Audrey!! ????

There are a bunch of games to play, from fuseball coffee table to small arcade games and other table top games.I like their drinks and their boba is good. I usually stick to the milk teas, but my hubby and kiddo like the fruit lemonade or smoothies.Their egg waffles are also good, but they've raised the price.Overall great lace though!

I can highly recommend this place for bubble tea! Apart from having a good variety among the classics and great customization options, it’s clean and very cozy. It has fussball and old school gaming stations such as Pac-Man and NBA jam. I have been going here multiple times and it’s a great hang out spot where teenagers, young adults, and families like to go.

The atmosphere is fantastic, the staff is super nice and knowledgeable, and the drinks and food are fun.I got a Thai Tea Latte with coconut jelly. You're able to pick the sweetness level so I did 50% since Thai Ice teas are usually pretty sweet. The drink was phenomenal!! The Staff guided me to an incredible choice.Food wise, I also got an egg waffle. It was an original with auger sprinkled on top. It was warm and delicious. It made a great pairing with the Thai Tea Latte.Overall a great place to hang out, drink tea, and just vibe.
