Gong Cha Springfield

Our large family ordered a variety of drinks and a Matcha donut. Everything came out accurately and all of us really enjoyed our drinks. The kids liked the games there too.

The absolutely ecstatic employee Thao was such a great ball of energy to be around! So kind and patient and was able to accomodate me as well as she can speak Vietnamese and English. She was so patient and humble and I am truly thankful for such an experience!

Was never a big bubble tea guy but my girlfriend has finally turned me into a believer. Get their strawberry black tea if you want to ruin your life like I did lol

Went on a Friday night and it wasn’t too busy. They had fun board games and old arcade games that are free to play! This location also sells merch, unlike some of the smaller locations. I tried the Strawberry Oreo Milk tea and it was pretty good. The smoothie we got was a little thick but still good. Lots of parking and not too long of a wait for my drinks

My experience at Gong Cha was pleasant. I've only visited this particular location twice, but on both occasions, the employees were exceedingly accommodating. The customer service paired with the selection of games added to the friendly vibe that the shop radiates. I'd definitely recommend this location to a friend, and I will be returning in the future. Bubble tea!

Beyond disappointed. My drink had no sugar when it said 100% sugar!

We host K-Pop related events at this Gong Cha and the staff is always amazing! Great service and a fun atmosphere!

First of all, I'm a boba LOVER! I know when the tea is good, and when I say Gong Cha is incredible, I MEAN it! The place is so pretty and has lots of cute decorations. It has a wide menu with lots of options. You can order on a little screen if you don't want to order directly, and you can choose how much sweetness, how large the cup is, sometimes the ice, and what toppings. The workers are very polite, and your order is quick. There's also some arcade machines and lots of sitting options, like chairs, tables, and a sofa. Love the place, I always crave it!

We decided to stop here because it looked so inviting. It was a GREAT choice. Very pleasant employees. When they didn't have a particular Boba we like, they offered a delicious alternative. The Bubble waffle was perfectly prepared and delicious. Vanilla ice cream was the only choice if I wanted ice cream on my waffle. It was so tasty with or without the ice cream that I didn't care if that was the only flavor. It seems like a great place to hang out. Board games, Foosball, Pacman & other electronic games: all for customers to enjoy on the house. Very clean. Can't ask for more!

Stopped by for a quick cold treat since we were on vacation in the area. Gong Cha always hits the spot. After ordering from the kiosk, it took about 5 minutes before our order was ready. Our drinks were just right. I wanted to try something new and ordered the Peach Green Milk Tea with Coconut Jellies which was good. The shop was cute, clean and well-lit and had two old school arcade games that you can play while waiting for your order.
