I can highly recommend this place for bubble tea! Apart from having a good variety among the classics and great customization options, it’s clean and very cozy. It has fussball and old school gaming stations such as Pac-Man and NBA jam. I have been going here multiple times and it’s a great hang out spot where teenagers, young adults, and families like to go.
The atmosphere is fantastic, the staff is super nice and knowledgeable, and the drinks and food are fun.I got a Thai Tea Latte with coconut jelly. You're able to pick the sweetness level so I did 50% since Thai Ice teas are usually pretty sweet. The drink was phenomenal!! The Staff guided me to an incredible choice.Food wise, I also got an egg waffle. It was an original with auger sprinkled on top. It was warm and delicious. It made a great pairing with the Thai Tea Latte.Overall a great place to hang out, drink tea, and just vibe.

Update: Did not expect to get a response from the shop. They refunded me so I’m updating my review as this is the one we always frequent and support, we hang out here with our kids, and recommend to everyone else. We’re entitled to bad/off days including businesses, and they made it right. I really appreciate it and will continue to support this local business.It’s becoming more and more common that you need to pay attention to what you’re paying for and what you’re getting. Paid for a Large Thai tea for a family member and got a Medium, didn’t realize it until I got home. On top of that, I went to the pick up counter, there is a gal there on her laptop, no greeting, doesn’t ask me what our order number is, just ignores me. Why are you behind the customer service counter if you’re not working and helping people? We’re getting to the point where we need to do people’s jobs.

I’ve been coming to gong cha every weekend for the last few months but today was my last. They got my order wrong and instead of making a new one they spilled out half my drink added the oreo crumbs and filled the rest with ice. Drink tasted like water!

Why would you send a skinny straw for a drink with boba? Unless you can suck a watermelon through a straw ....impossible & a waste of money ?

I looooove this Place. Super clean, the decoration is beautiful, safe place to spend a few hours with Friends. The drinks and everything else is delicious. Service is wonderful. I highly recommend.

My go-to place for bubble tea! Super friendly staff and fast on making drinks. Because I can't drink caffeine, my go-to drinks are: dirty brown sugar latte, taro milk drink and peach fruit drink.

We came here at 6 pm on 11/8/24. The young male employee was super friendly. The space is so clean and has lots of games as well. Drinks were excellent.

Came here about a month ago while staying in a nearby hotel... we were super excited for the bubble waffle as we were ready to compare to our place in Baltimore; it was disappointing as a comparison... but if it's your first time it's likely great! There just weren't as many options which we didn't realize. The boba tea was good, the ambiance is nice (little free arcade games for kids) and it was SUPER clean!

Very family friendly! The music was child friendly, which was a plus.This establishment had a revolving door. People were having a school meeting and families were playing connect4 and other games. The owner was very friendly and kind. He was taking orders and greeting the customers. He is not the type of manager that sit and watch his employees work, he jumped in to knock down the line. We came 2 days in a row and the outcome was the same... BUSY, BUSY, BUSY!
