The persons working here take too long waited 30 minutes for a giro sandwich with only about 4 orders ahead of mine.
Aside from that the person making my order using a her phone while making my sandwich touching her phone with the same gloves she is making the food. And when asked to please give me a new one because is unsanitary the employee gets mad and gave me attitude….. this restaurant’s are now expensive and also nasty with the tipe of employees they now have. I’m ashamed the say I used to work in one of this places….

I eat over there and the beef was burnt whole and it was very dry inside and outside. And the behavior of them was rude when I asked to change they said it is not burnt.
I was very disappointed with the hygiene practices at the store. The employee handling orders was not wearing gloves. She touched money, the register, and other surfaces, then immediately began preparing bread with her bare hands. This is unsanitary and unacceptable. I had to throw my order away as a result.

It was delicious and I would come back and eat again. I had steak and chicken salad with the fresh made bread and my man had the chicken kabobs. And surprisingly their chick peas with the gravy was sooooo good. I could eat it alone.

Rude as HELL! I walked up to order. The chick at the cash register looked at me, after her co workers told her I was standing there ready to order, and turned her head and kept talking to them. Just disrespectful!! I walked away. They will not get my money. Customer service is not a priority. Rude! Enough Said.

I always eat here and usually have a great experience—the food is good and the place is clean. But today, I was disappointed to see two ladies preparing food while wearing nail polish and no gloves. This is not what I expect from a place I trust. I hope management pays attention to this and ensures proper hygiene is followed.
Middle eastern Halal food with kebabs, rice, naan and more
I had a very disappointing experience at Grill Kabob. The staff member who took my order was extremely rude she didn’t even greet me or ask how she could help. When my food was ready, she just dropped it on the counter without saying a word, as if she were doing me a favor. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back
Enter through mall don’t get lost 👍😜.
Food is good depending on the workers mood and how they season it. The new workers need to learn how to take orders properly over the phone. There’s a huge language barrier. It took 5 minutes of me explaining that I wanted both white and brown rice. Just for them to only give me white rice. Before it was only guy workers and they did everything right. But once the newer employees came it just ruined this place for me.

The food was decent enough, I don't know if it's 17 dollars decent though. Food takes a hit on the stars because price point isn't matching the quality.
Halal so mid that I had to make my first Google review. Coming from NYC, 5$ gets me great halal/kabab. Here, in middle of nowhere VA, 16$ gets you dry chicken and rice with no flavor. I’m devastated.
Foods amazing. Better than most of our go to kabob place. Service is bit meh but the food is well worth it for a few seconds of interaction
This location needs to get its act together. I’ve come here twice now, most recently on 2/2/25 at 6:30 PM, and both times the kitchen was closed 30 minutes early because the “manager” decided to shut down the cashier box. The same clerks just stand there, smiling, and give the same excuse every time—completely disregarding customers.
If you’re going to stop serving before closing time, update your hours instead of misleading people. Even worse, I called ahead and was told I could still place an order 20–30 minutes before closing—only to arrive and be turned away. That’s unacceptable and unprofessional. Either fix your policies or expect to lose business.
I was so looking forward to trying Grill Kabob, but unfortunately, my experience was far from enjoyable. The wait for our food was incredibly long—over 40 minutes! It's unacceptable to keep customers waiting for such an extended period.
To make matters worse, the staff seemed completely uninterested in providing good service. The employees looked stressed and annoyed, and the cashier seemed more preoccupied with making bread than attending to customers. It was as if our presence was an inconvenience to them.
It's clear that Grill Kabob needs to re-evaluate their operations. They need to find a way to get orders out in a timely manner and improve their customer service. Until then, I won't be returning.
