Well, all other Hagen-Dazs stores in all the other malls in the DMV area have “malted milk shakes” this one does not, and on top of that they did not have “dulce de leche” flavored ice cream… very disappointed and dissatisfied.

I have gotten ice cream here a couple times with my girlfriend and it’s pretty good. The icecream is the standard level of “Really good That Häagen-Dazs usually is but the stand out feature of the experience was the service. Last time I went I had a coupon thar was unfortunately not valid At their location. But they were very polite about it. I definitely recommend this ice cream stand.

I took my daughters for an impromptu visit to the mall for some ice cream. It’s nice over all but I was hoping for more variety given the expense. I think I will stick to Giant (grocery store) given the cost.

Cool treat on a hot day. After shopping with a seven year old for shoes, any treat was a great treat. He decided to stop at the Häagen-Dazs kiosks at Springfield Centre. After a brief wait time, it was our turn to pick our selection. There were SO many delicious flavors that it was difficult to decide. My son picked his favorite, Cookies and Crème, while I stuck with Strawberry in a waffle cone. The lady helping us was funny, polite and courteous to my son who was trying his best to act shy. After getting our treats, we were able to locate some available seats in the food court. It was a great adventure with my kiddo, and the delicious Häagen-Dazs was truly the cherry on top! If you happen to be in the Springfield Centre, check out Häagen-Dazs, you will not be disappointed. Enjoy!
Ordered the strawberry cheesecake sundae and the banana split sundae. The sundaes are about $10 each. The amount of ice cream you receive does not justify the price. The presentation is definitely pretty though

The girl who was currently working there was rude. She ignored us and went on to the next people in line and when we told her we were there first she said no that the people she was serving were there first, those same customers also told her that we were there first. She finally agreed made us our order and then she practically threw the straw.

Extremely expensive. Also they only work one worker at a time. It was the busiest time too and the worker felt overwhelmed without a doubt. The ice cream is good though
