The broth in all the soups that I have tried here are delicious, and different. I love the freshness and quality of the ingredients.

I used to like this Pho restaurant and would come here whenever I was in Springfield, but the last 2 times I've eaten here the quality and servive have declined. This is why I reduced my formerly 5 star review to only 3 stars. At my most recent visit, my soup was served with less meat and sadly wilting basil. The server was busy and distracted. I asked for a numbered item on the menu that did not list tripe as an ingredient and confirmed with the server it did not include...

After trying a bowl of pho here, I would say this restaurant has a long way to compete against their rivals within 5 miles radius.
The soup was just ok. It doesn’t taste like the original recipe. The meats were tough, not soft and tender.
Customer service was below average. While the female servers were friendly, the male server seemed like he didn’t want to work. They were not attentive either.
