Cannot say enough good things about this place. My church went here for Christmas dinner and the place was unusually quiet which at first I thought was bad but I later on realized was great. They were so accommodating with our group, and the menu was amazing, oh my goodness the food was just perfect. The waiters, waitresses, manager and, the CHEF were incredibly jovial and fun to chat with they had such wonderful personalities. Nothing was left to be desired that night.
The food was delicious, but the service from the manager and kitchen staff was horrendous (our waitress was amazing). Our party of 7 arrived at 11am on Saturday when the restaurant was empty, and so after ordering and waiting for 50 minutes for food our orders came out all wrong. The GM helped the waitress bring out 4 dishes; a chicken sandwich, a burger, a side Caesar, and a grilled chicken salad. Had the special burgers (overcooked and dry) with loaded baked potato (very good). Service pleasant but unclear explanations. Happy hour provides small reduction in price not a BOGO. Atmosphere as expected in Hotel chain restaurant. Prices seem high for quality. If staying in a surrounding hotel and you do not want to drive, the conveniece is worth the compromise.
