Nope! Not it. I had the oxtails and it had a burnt flavor to it, the oxtails had more bone than meat. However, the fried fish was actually good along with the cabbage. I won’t order the oxtails again!!!

I Love this food and I have been eating here since they opened and the owners are Super but to be honest the customer service skills of the associates need a little work.
Today I ordered wings and I received only 7 so I called and asked How many chicken wings in an order? , first I was told 8 and then I was told either 8 small ones or 7 large ones, how am I to know that there are different size wings unless I am told by the cashier which I was not, then the person on the phone said to me "Did I ask "
I am the customer so I don't have to ask it should be presented to me or better yet on the menu.
Anywho...all the chicken wings look the same size to me( like the chicken wingettes you buy in the store)
I will continue to eat here but this is the 3rd encounter that I have had with unknowledgeable associates at your establishment.
Also answering the phone so that they may be understood instead of mumbling is a plus..
Also do not call the customer if you don't have all the facts....
The menu online does not distinguish how many wings so no need to send me a picture to my personal phone and then call me to chastise me as if I was wrong...do your homework 1st young man...
Then you want to ask "how do you make ot right"...pay attention to your customers that's all..listen before reacting .
Great customer service is a winner for me as I am in the service industry too..

Food was delicious!! I never see a lot of people in line for this place and I’m not sure why. You need to give it a try.
I had the jerk shrimp, plantains and greens. Once I had one bite, I couldn’t stop eating. 10/10.
Only downside is it’s in the mall…but worth the trip.

This doesn't taste authentic at all. The beef patty was extremely greasy and had a frozen taste to it. The sauce gives more spicy bbq than jerk.

First impressions are key. I brought my family to this establishment and didn’t realize that it was in the mall food court. As I approached a young lady Chrissy greeted me with a smile as I viewed the cooked food and then she offered me a taste of the oxtails and I was hooked. They were perfectly cooked and her smile got brighter as she said I made them today! Everything we ordered was delicious, generous portions and this will be our new spot for perfectly seasoned food. Thank you and all enjoy!

I was very skeptical about this restaurant being in a mall food court but it exceeded my expectations 100%! The oxtail was very flavorful and tasty. The Mac & cheese is also on point! I will definitely come back here !

Food was great, however I used Uber and accidentally used the wrong card. I canceled the order within 10 seconds of placing it and the restaurant falsely claimed they started making my food already. The crazy thing is I ordered the exact same thing on the correct card. Food was great but hate dishonest people.

*Response to owner* Uber stated you communicated ypu had already made the food of the canceled order so I was charged for the food. Which you know and I know is not only not true, but impossible to prepare food mere seconds after it was ordered and canceled.

This food was so darn delicious. The jerk sauce was perfect wasn’t salty at all like how jerk sauces usually be. It was not hot but spicy which is how I love it. So much flavor! Eat everything together lol

Went to this establishment, ordered food oxtail rice,coleslaw,plantains. Waiting patiently and the lady served the couple after me first then came back to me and said they gave no more coleslaw

First time here and it did not disappoint! These might be the best plantains and beef patty ever. It was our first time having oxtail and whiting, and we loved it! Braving the mall and surrounding traffic is worth a try :)
